Water's Edge Cottages. Bobcaygeon.

I took my family here in July 2021 and wow, what a little piece of old-school heaven! The cottages are lovely and come equipped with a full kitchen, 4-piece bath, and a family room with a TV and satellite. There is a sandy swimming area for the kids, and there are free amenities like canoes, a paddle boat, fishing boat, and a camp fire. The owners are friendly and responsible. There was a brutal wind storm while I was there. The winds caused fallen trees and damage to the property. Steven and Lisa had it cleaned up and power was restored ASAP. While power was out, Steven delivered multiple flashlights to every cabin, making sure everyone was as comfortable and safe as possible. Windstorm aside, my family had an amazing time and I highly recommend this as a vacation spot. I fully intend to return next year.

My brothers and I went for about a week, the owners were very nice and personable, the cottage was more than we expected. The grounds, were wonderful. it was a blast and yet a peaceful retreat at the same time. We will make sure to return, yearly if not more often.

First time at this awesome resort. The most pleasant and accommodating hosts Lisa Dawn And Steven. The place is a piece of heaven. Property, grounds, docks and beach are meticulously kept, obviously pride of ownership exists on this resort. Planning our booking for us and my family and their kids to come at the same timeWhen we arrived home, i wanted to pick up more meds and groceries and head right back. A 2 thumbs up for Lisa Dawn and Steven for a very memorable get away. A definite return every year for as long as we are able.

What a piece of paradise. Well appointed, clean cottages in a peaceful setting overlooking the lake and managed by two great people - Steve & Lisa. We have had a great time for the past 11 years and have never been dissapointed. Would recommend this place for everyone.

I never want to leave! Waters Edge is fun, relaxing and comfortable.Lisa and Steve make me feel welcome and at home. I would reccomend staying here to anyone.

My family and I have been going every year to Water's Edge Cottages since 2008. We love the owners, they've become like family to us. The grounds are always well-kept and clean, always updated and kept safe as well. The location is beautiful with a great beach front. Great amenities such as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, campfire area, etc. Very close to town as well. Overall, just a very amazing cottaging experience!

Great place on Sturgeon Lake about a 15 minute walk to downtown Bobcaygeon. Six housekeeping cabins, 3 facing east, 3 facing west. All new windows in ours (#6) made it snug. Sandy beach, games pavilion, canoes, kayaks, docking facilities. Quiet and no bugs. Picnic tables, lounging lawn.A bird lover's dream. See my pics.

Clean, comfortable, roomy cottages. Beautifully kept grounds. Has everything you need to make a memorable vacation. The owners are lovely, friendly people. We highly recommend.

In spite of numerous complaints from neighboring resorts and boaters adjacent this property and municipal bylaws that prohibit feeding wild water fowl, the owner of this resort continues to feed corn to and encourage his guests to feed the water foul. The result being bird droppings all around the property rendering the area unswimable. His actions cause thousands of dollars in damage to boats in the area and in spite of being warned to stop by the municipality he continues. What is wrong with this guy ? Why would someone continue to break the law and cause undue expense to his neighbors.

Great quiet spot to vacation. Owners are the nicest couple.
