It's a place where technicians are really talented and good. I've never been disappointed. I go steadily for years. I really recommend it.

Had the full body massage which was professionally done just wished the masseuse would listen a bit more to your preferences while giving you the massage.

I was here multiple times and although my prior visits have been alright my visit on August 26th has proved very disappointing. I have pretty thick natural lashes but wanted to add length. So I asked for a natural set. Now, my lashes are sparse and brittle with bald spots in certain corners due to poor lash application. The extensions were stuck on more than one lash which damaged my natural lash. They might choose to deny this review but I can attach pictures to this review for reference. Everytime I tried to brush the extensions I could feel it pulling on my natural lash line. I will never go here again and if you care about your natural lashes beware as well. I see that I am not the only one who has mentioned poor lash application technique. And before they claim that I am not an authentic review, I have visited this gallery the spa new west multiple times and have never complained. But my most recent visit has distressed me so much as I have lost my natural lashes and have bald spots on my lash line! It is horrible. I don't want anyone to ever go through what I went through. When my lashes heal, I will go to ny regular place which is pricier but careful and professional with lash application

I had my pedicure and hand gel nails done about a month ago. Sunny was very friendly and did great job. I would love to try another treatment here :) I'm very satisfied. My nails still look great a month after I got them done and have stayed on nicely.

I got my lash extensions there a week ago. Everybody is nice, it is super relaxing and I ended up sleeping. I wasn’t sure if I was snoring or not because my nose was acting up due to allergies. They didn’t mind me though

Got rip off by the beautician and receptionist. It would be my last time to go there. Very bad experience with unethical sales! Quite upset as they made me look like i was unreasonable and they were right! I had my eyelashes extension done a week ago. The beautician and the receptionist forcefully charged me Russian volume $150. I confirmed with the beautician many times I wanna light volume" like I had the last 5 times with another beautician for $100. I don't wanna to be so dramatic with Russian Volume. They have a record of what I had before. However they insisted I had to pay for Russian Volume even though what I have this time it's like Hybrid. The beautician said as long as I said volume then have to charge $150 regardless. I wondered why I was only charged $100 for light volume i had the last 4-5 times. They ignored what I said but just insisted charging $150. I didn't want to make a scene and act like a "Karen" so I paid $150+ tax +$10 tips as a decent customer."

I will never go anywhere else for my eyelashes. Great service. No pain. Always happy with every time

Such a great place. Really friendly staff. The girl was gentle and did a super job. The place smells nice and not like chemicals. Very clean. Would be nice to have a longer foot massage. I will be back :)

Wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly and did an excellent job of my pedicure. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing and very welcoming. They were able to accommodate an appointment for me and my mom at the same time and we both loved it here. Definitely going back!

I've been here twice now and May has been my eyelash technician. She has been so polite, timely, gentle and does an amazing job. I love my eyelashes an unhealthy amount!! Great little treat for the holidays. I give her a 15/10!!!! Thank you, Gallery the spa. Can't wait to see you all again!
