Erin is amazing. It was so easy working with her. I told her my vision and let her run with it. I trusted her talent and ended up with the most beautiful flowers at my wedding. I could not be happier with how they turned out. I received so many compliments. Highly recommend Erin if she fits your wedding style!!

I’ve always admired Ferncroft’s work on social media, but working with Erin for my wedding left me disappointed in the business. I met with her almost a year in advance prior to the wedding day. I was hoping for some guidance to get a good expectation of what to do and what I’d be spending. We talked about ideas, but it was very hard to envision things like how large bouquets would be, or what the ceremony statement piece would look like as she did not use reference photos. I understand it was pretty far in advance, but Erin didn’t want to discuss things again until 1 month out. That was stressful, because I wasn’t sure what I’d be getting in terms of pieces (centerpieces, accent arrangements, etc) or flowers up until that point. I actually was never told what flowers would be used, although she used photos I found for inspiration. We had our 1 month appointment, and I left the venue in tears. I felt like Erin wasn’t listening to me in terms of what I wanted, and had ideas of her own she insisted on doing. I had to email her after the experience to express how out of line I felt she was, and she ended up following my vision. Then the day came, and while I was overall happy with the flowers, there were some disappointing factors. Like how she used carnations, which is a flower I hate. Or that one of the main flowers of my bouquet was really wilted (which I didn’t notice until photos were already taken). I’ve planned another wedding before, and in comparison, I felt Ferncroft was overpriced for what I got. Maybe if I loved the flowers, I would think differently. I did order a bouquet from Erin back in 2013 and absolutely loved it. But in general, the service aspect is really lacking.

Erin's ability to create art in the form for flowers is something most of us strive for. I love her use of natural elements as well as her creative flow and floristry professionalism.Being a designer myself I admire Erin's work so much that this is who my husband purchases personal flowers for me.

I hired Erin for my wedding in June and had a horrible experience that left me crying up until I walked down the aisle. She forgot multiple items, did not follow the reference photos we discussed together, and did not use any of the flowers we talked about. She mentioned this was because of the heat but was not prepared with a back up plan. I wish I could do my wedding over, but I can't. The flowers were supposed to be the main decoration and she was completely unreliable.My budget was around $3k.A partial refund was given but only after I called and requested one. Erin had no intention of reaching out to me or telling me about the mishap before my ceremony. I'm only glad I saw it before I walked down the aisle. I would have been devastated. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR WEDDING!

I hired Fern Croft Floral for my wedding flowers in early October, and it was the best decision, especially since my now-husband and I planned our Buffalo wedding from another state!The owner Erin was amazing to work with - we chatted a few times; I sent her a few inspiration photos; and she handled the rest. Amazing, seasonal flower/greenery arrangements, so perfect! I also appreciated how she was willing to work with my modest budget and produce STUNNING results. Definitely, absolutely, hands-down recommend Fern Croft.If I lived in Buffalo, I would order flowers and arrangements from her alllllllll the time. I love her shop too.

We hired Fern Croft to do the flowers for our September wedding, and we're so glad we did. We are clueless about flowers, but with only about five weeks prep time, Erin came up with some great ideas to fit our budget and our decor. To help us stay below budget, she sourced us flowers for the table arrangements and made one up; my mother in law (our flower expert) did the others using her example and they looked and smelled amazing. My and my bridesmaids' bouquets were lovely as well. She also got us some greenery to decorate our venue and it looked great.Erin's work is different from a lot of other florists, but much better because of it. Gorgeous, artistic, natural, but beautifully arranged. Highly recommended.

We hired Ferncroft for our Wedding and I am so in love with how our flowers turned out. I don't think I could have made a better decision and I cannot reccomended then enough. We had two meetings with Ferncroft before the wedding day where we discussed what we were looking for. We discussed colors and I showed Erin some photos on my phone of some bouquets I liked. I had loved everything on the stores Instagram, and I was confident that the flowers would be beautiful. We didn't actually see any samples of the bouquets she was putting together until the wedding day. However, the moment I saw them I was speechless. They were gorgeous! The bouquets we're everything I envisioned only better! We had so many compliments from our guests and I wanted to save my bouquet forever! I wholeheartedly reccomended Ferncroft and will be going back!

Don't bother making appointments they will show up late as if your time is unimportant, then act completely unengaged the entire appointment only to provide you with a product months later that looks like weeds from the highway throng together in a cheap vase. Any complaints or signs of discontent exhibited to Erin and her team the regeritated reaction and response is everything is locally grown sourced and organic". No refunds

Ferncroft and Erin are true gems. I've lived in many different cities, small and large, throughout the years and somehow landed here in Buffalo. By luck, I happened to move nearly across the street from this gorgeously curated shop. Erin takes her craft seriously. She curates each arrangement, each piece of hand selected pottery and art, and each lovely product with love and care. She gets to know each customers and client on a personal level, balanced with professionalism, in order to ensure they are truly receiving their vision and often times aspects they didn't even realize they could have or wanted. If you are seeking out a corporate, one size fits all approach this is not your place. If you are looking for an artist with a gift for her craft and a deeper understanding of what horticulture and arrangements can bring to your event and space, these are your people. I cannot recommend her enough. She is as talented as she is patient and kind. I have frequented her shop for over a year to bring style and peace to my home, and I have never been disappointed. Erin is the best at what she does.
