Mr. Lube + Tires

Best experience I have ever had at an oil and tire place, I went in seeking a possible re-balanceing. Tarj was diligent and spotted i had a damaged rim. This visit saved me a day at a mechanic at mechanic rates and a day without my car.Cant thank them enough 100 percent suggest you go here for all your tire related needs!!!

Hi, I want to share my experience with this guys.First of all, the prices are super high from what I expected I got to pay. I paid $120 + tax for changing the oil and filter;secondly, I understand everything if someone has a bad day and so on, but you can show minimal courtesy to a person, I meant it to one of the employees who served me that day;+ I waited almost an hour to be served.Compared to the previous auto shop where my mom went(I won't mention the name of this place, you know) so the price for oil change + filter replacement + they washed her car + they discovered a problem with the back door, which they themselves offered to repair even though she didn't plan to do it, it cost her $70. Like, seriously?So the conclusion is obvious.I’m not recommending this place(but it’sonly because of my personal experience).

Just a quick shout out and thank you to the crew here. I was in a jam and tight on time. They got me in and took care of my oil change very quickly, even lubricated my door hinges.Thank you guys ! You are highly recommended !

Been going here since I got my car and thought I could trust this place, last time I went for an oil change I sat there for about 15 mins before they told me there’s a crack in my oil pan and I’ve been leaking oil.. which was odd because no where else I had been was there any kind of oil puddle. They kept saying I must have hit something on the road or whichever and that it was gonna cost $450 to fix. I told them I don’t have that amount and I came for an oil change only and I sat there for 45 mins while they kept coming and explaining that I cracked my oil pan and the problems this can cause. I had to tell them to let me leave and go to the gas station across the street , low and behold there is a huge noticeable leak of my oil , dripping out of two seperate spots from pan. My step dad comes out to see what’s going on , magically they were able to admit to him that the crack in my pan was their fault and they fixed it at no cost. Had they been honest and told me they made a mistake I would have still paid at least 50% for the repair. Never going here again and I suggest no one else does either, no apologies from these guys to me , only that one guy was super nice to me the next day when I went to pick up my car.

Brought our mini in for tire repair and the entire shop was incredibly kind and ready to work. Technician Janti made quick work of finding the stem valve leak and repairing within 20 minutes. Everyone is knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Will definitely be returning.

First visit was this week. I was driving a new-to-me car that I knew was way overdue for an oil change. Drove right in, no wait. Service was friendly and efficient. Oil change and cabin filter change was just as easy and convenient as a car wash. Great service! Will be back.

Arrived early today to replace a leaky valve stem for my 1 tire, Ajay greeted me promptly and upon inspection started working on replacing the faulty tire valve. It was replaced in 10 min. Ajay was kind enough to provide the service free of charge, which was unexpected but very generous. I highly recommend the Mr.Lube on Fairview st in Burlington. Great guys and fantastic service! Thanks again Ajay!

I was quoted a price of $205 + tax to swab out winter for summer tires which is egregious. This was $45 more than I was quoted at the other Mr Lube. When I asked why, I was told every location is different. This doesn’t make sense if they’re part of a franchise system. Either the price is a rip off or the employee didn’t want to do the work. Seems like he was making up the price on the spot. This has happened to me at other Mr Lube locations. Stay away from Mr Lube in general, very shady. Swapping out tires should cost $150 max w Tax.

I was told after they drained the oil that to wait extra 20 minutes (it supposed to be fast service) since they don't have my dodge caravan oil filter in stock. So they have to go pick it up from auto parts store.. What a waste of time .. Not coming back

Tried to get a simple oil change done. The costumer that came in 5 min after me completed their oil change before mine was even started. I use Mr. Lube locations all over the GTA and this has been by far the worst experience and waste of my time, as I had to leave with no service done due to the excessive wait time.
