If you want that someone shuts at your 4 years old kid this is the place you should go! The only employee present at the moment was rude to my 4y old son only because he was said “hello hello” 3 times. Avoid this place if you don’t want to test temperament and capacity to handle yourself under stressful situations

This place is unbelievable every order that I have placed they managed to get it wrong, from asking for ur basic muffin to a coffee. I haven given them chances many times and making excuses for them,such as well maybe they really busy in the mornings or just doesn't have enough ppl working at the rush times. But really the fact is they just don't know how to make and complete the correct orders. One time I asked for a English muffin without a egg, but still have the bacon and cheese and of course a coffee with cream no sugar through the drive thru, when after waiting almost 45 min later in the early morning they managed to screw it up. I did get the egg ,the coffee had sugar when I left and started on my way to work I took a sip of coffee and almost spotted it out it was disgusting, then took a bite of the sandwich and again OMG was not impressed and had to stop to throw out the egg.Another time I asked for a simple muffin and they gave ne a doughnut instead really wow so I give this place a 3 star the ppl that work there are very friendly but when it comes to the order part well that is not acceptable I know for myself I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not go into this place again I will drive to the next town to get my coffee and muffin

I tried to get a sandwich using the drive through. I placed my order but after about 10 long minutes waiting by the window I got tired watching two ladies slowly working inside and had to leave. I will certainly never stop at this Tim Hortons again.

Ok, the greatest act of kindness happened at 12:30 June 30th at this outlet in Hemmingford! I suffer from ADHD & get panic attacks when walking into an establishment. Here I had a big one and Jennifer, out of the blue came up to me and offered my a cold bottle of water.Thank you Jennifer for your great act of humanity. TH, Get her a big raise!..A Supervisor position.

The headset drove me mental. 'Drive thru' should be classified as going against basic human rights. I am not a robot and cannot tolerate being treated like one.

Slow service. They don't have a lot of stuff but that's to be expected in a tiny tims.Staff is nice however but the slowest is what killed their stars.

Friendly staff but they need more employees as it's a long wait , sometimes it's over 15 minutes before you get your order

Been waiting 15 minutes to place in order now have to wait a other 15 minutes to get my food. The young guy is very nice and the only one working
