This company puts out inferior products and doesn't stand by their quality. I placed a large order of Douglas Fir for a log home, everything from milled stained flooring, clear tongue and grooved material for ceilings and soffit as well as all the interior trim. The Fir wasn't dried properly so excessive cupping took place. The stain was horrible, hiding all of the elegance of the natural grain. The clear finish was sprayed so lightly it allowed for mildew to take hold. These issues were not anything near as troublesome as the problem we encountered with the flooring. The flooring that was sent was actually varying in width by upwards of 5/16 . Brian the owner
