Absolute amazing service. We live in one of their Vancouver West homes for 3 years now, and we have lived in other homes managed by property managers and Refinity Homes takes it to another level. They take care of homes like it is their own. 5/5 recommended.We had a leak on Christmas Eve morning and the Refinity Home team came within 30 minutes to fix the leak, the team went onto the roof and cleared out the issue. Then their cleaner then spent hours cleaning the home to ensure all the leak and water are gone.We were able to celebrate Christmas thank you so much Refinity Homes team! They are the best property management company!

We decided to use StanMark for our property and the experience has been super seamless! They took away all the stress when we used to manage our properties ourselves and dealing with tenants, especially after hearing stories from our friends who tried to manage properties on their own.  The team at StanMark have been a pleasure to work with and are always responsive to every question.  We purchased the property for investment and the previous owner lived there for many years so it needed some work in plumbing and electrical work, and the rates StanMark's team charged were very reasonable compared to the rates we were quoted.  They finished the repair work within days and we were able to get a tenant with an approved application in just 1.5 weeks! I am now in the process of changing the property manager for our other investment to StanMark Home, and hope to continue working with them for all my future rental properties when I purchase them.

I had a very bad experience dealing with these guys.I visited a listing of them and the place was ok but I did not apply for it since I have some flexibility about the move in date. A couple of days before May 1st they contacted us and asked if we were still interested since the place is not rented yet. The place was close to my work place so I said yes.They started the application process and collected too much information including background check, paystub, government ID, bank account information, job verification, sin number , T4 and other stuff. They kept pushing us for quick documents and verification.They send me several texts and asked me to tell my manager to reply quicker so they can proceed.After advertising a price and collecting all the documents, they came to us and told that they would like to increase the price from $2950 to $3000 since now they have another applicant too.I find these guys very dishonest.

I am so thankful for StanMark Home! They are truly a wonderful company. Everyone I have spoken to there has been so helpful. Every time I call in, someone is there to assist me right away. I was hesitant at first to sign a lease because I have never rented an condo I’ve always owned. Luckily, StanMark Home took any hesitation I had away. Their place perfectly fits my needs and I couldn’t be happier! Also love that I can report any problems I may have on their app so easily. They are really the best! I am referring all my friends and family to them!
