Small place, great food, very nice, attentive staff. We went for AYCA - the menu is not big, but the food is great and nicely plated. Will definitely be back.

The all you can eat menu option here is really worth it every once and a while when we want to gorge ourselves on copious amounts of sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, tempura, and appies. We have been visiting for years and years, and we always make it super worth it when we come here. The quality is really decent as an all you can eat, and it's the only place we like in the lower mainland for this menu style.

Lovely hole in the wall by Save On Foods and BC Liquor Store. From the outside you wouldn't imagine the beautiful interior. It's small but, the service is friendly and QUICK. We tried a little of everything from the All You Can Eat lunch menu and it was all quite delicious and piping hot. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and coworkers.

The all you can eat menu is great and all the sushi is fresh. Only thing is the tuna nigiri was a bit dry for us. Servers are quick and attentive with fast service. Two rounds and we were in and out in under 40 minutes.

Decent all you can eat menu. Sashimi was of good quality, nigri had to much rice in my opinion and some cuts were alot thinner but was still good. Tried the crunchy California roll did not like it, texture was to mushy for me. Overall a decent ayce spot.

The portion is really really small so you better order extra so the staff doesn’t have to come to you over and over again. They are understaffed and it takes a while to bring out the dishes. However the taste is ok. It is actually not that bad. Look at the pictures below compared to my hand, they are tiny.

Been there a couple times. Regular servers were polite and friendly. Food was fresh and great. Note they have a very strict no take out policy on all you can eat menus. Though I understand that rule is to curb abuse of ayce, they should be a bit flexible for people that order 1 round and clearly not abusing it, but rather not waste any food. The manager would rather throw away perfectly good food rather than have people enjoy what they couldn't there but at home later.

Customer service was okay, food were pretty high quality for AYCE. Only one thing I noticed was rice was hard, not sure if it was undercooked or pre-made.. but overall I would come back !
