We brought our Mama Chihuahua, Ellie yesterday as she had gone into labor. The staff was so nice and professional in answering my questions. The doctor was amazingly friendly and helpful as I would have expected. He arrived just in time , at such a short notice to deliver 3 healthy beautiful puppies. I don’t know how I can ever express our gratitude to the Doctor and the sweet friendly Staff.Thank you so very very much for everything you have done for our Mama Ellie and Puppies.Fast Forward: July 23 / 22The Boys are all grown, starting to venture out

We have had an issue with our past vet and these guys put them to shame. The customer service is amazing, the care for my dog was incredible! After calling the old vet we went to being told to wait for 5 days until they had an opening Avon took my pup in at closing time and they were so empathetic towards the the situation my pup was in. The techs were very educated and so caring, When animals can’t speak for themselves we have to speak for them and Avon took the stand for her. I am forever grateful! This is the only place I will take my animals from now on.

Just had my Frenchie neutered today. Great service excellent staff he got lasered and he’s back to his normal self already. Will definitely back to this clinic for future appointments!

I am absolutely BLOWN away by this clinic. In November my 2 year old cattle dog severely broke his femur in 3 places. We live in Williams Lake and needed to find a bigger town who would do his surgery. It is not a cheap surgery at all, but Avon was a few grand cheaper and the service was amazing. It was very urgent and I needed the surgery done within 3 days or we had to amputate my pups leg. Dr Mrar called me back right away with a quote and said they would do it the next day if I could get down to Langley. I loaded my poor dog up and hit the road! It was an intense recovery for 3 months with lots of meds and lots of hand walking but I’m happy to say my odie dog is 100% back to his crazy normal self! His leg has plates and screws but you wouldn’t even be able to tell! I cannot recommend this clinic enough, from the initial panic, to calling several times in the following weeks with all sorts of questions, they were amazing!! Thank you Dr Mrar for absolutely everything!!

We have used this clinic for years with multiple pets. Last Friday my cat was in obvious distress , with blood in urine. We were able to get into see the Vet right away (which is amazing service in it's own right!). He showed the compassion & care we needed during a stressful time. After a (next day) surgery on her bladder to remove multiple crystals, our fur-baby is home again and is on the mend. Today we even received a follow up phone call to check in on her condition. So kind. We cannot say enough positive things about the staff and services provided at this clinic. Thank you for everything. Avon Animal Clinic is the best!!

I will not take my dog or cat anywhere else. Everybody in this clinic is extremely enjoyable to deal with. They treat my pets and myself amazingly. Their prices are great and they are willing to work with you, I would like to also mention that I have never found better hours.

This is the best vet in Langley. Baljit is very caring and knowledgeable. The staff at this clinic are patient and very good to your pets. I switched to this clinic after a very poor experience elsewhere. This clinic was highly recommended to us and we are happy we started taking our puppies Luna and Pablo here.

The vet took great care of my dog and everyone is so nice at the office. Doesn't feel like your dog is on an assembly line waiting to be looked after. It very personalized care.

We have brought all three of our pets here and couldn’t imagine anywhere else to trust with them. Our French bulldog has IVDD and was rushed to Boundary bay surgical. Avon was incredible and called us to check on him; they have just been so kind, efficient and transparent with us. Every spay/neuter and surgery has been reasonably priced and no issues. I've never seen a vet that didn't scare my dog, but Marley was not scary and was very comfortable around the staff and Dr. Mrar. That alone speaks to how great this place is I think.They treated my dog with the utmost care and kindness. Dr. Mrar was fantastic with my dog and made her feel very comfortable. He took the time to work with us one-on-one and that has made a HUGE difference. He gave us multiple option that we can choose and he went above and beyond providing such an exceptional care. I will definitely start using them and recommend them to all family and friends.
