Great service from Kamal. She quickly discovered an error in settings that was causing my I Pad Pro problems. She fixed that and made sure that the problem was really solved. I was very grateful for her assistance, a quick fix, polite and helpful service and no charge for her expertise in knowing it was, to her, a simple solution, to me, a nightmare. Will definitely go back again.

I made an appointment, waited 1.5 days, 2 hours before my appointment they informed me they don’t have my IPhone battery in stock, but if I come in they will order it for me. What a waste of my time.

Last week, I was panicking. I dropped my phone, the screen went blank, and I tried everything at home to fix it. I had surgery the next day and needed my phone for the doctor to call me. So I tried booking a visit with the Apple Store, but they were booked solid. I tried TBooth, where I bought my phone, and they were just as busy. But I decided to take a chance and went to see them in person.As soon as the door opened (I was there early in the morning), a gentleman greeted me. He was very attentive. After listening to me rant about dropping my phone, he introduced me to Kamal (Kamalpreet), the technician. She was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. She didn't promise me anything as she wanted to run some tests. But she was willing to do them on the spot. No waiting.When she determined that I needed a new screen, she did say she was booked up but may find some time in the next couple of hours to change the screen. I told her I would simply shop around the St. Laurent mall or go to Starbucks, and wait for her email on my iPad (as I had no phone, obviously).Three hours later, no email. But I checked my spam folder, and there it was. So I went back to TBooth, and Kamal excited said It's fixed!" She explained everything

He took the initiative to reach out to me, having already run numbers and done his homework He presented a plan to save me money and then over delivered on that promise. He followed up on outstanding items and saw to it my experience was perfect in the end.This is the 3rd time I’ve bought phones from TBooth. Each experience was great, but this one stood out thanks to Ozzy’s professionalism. Highly recommend!

I was in the store today and Ash was amazing. Knowledgeable on all the services and gave the best advice. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. He even helped and was patient with us even after work hours!!! Amazing service and will definitely be coming back!!!

Solid and thorough information provided by Youssef helped me get setup with a new cell plan in short order. We asked a lot of questions, he was patient and provided loads of details and some helpful tips on how to save some money. I can highly recommend this place if you need a new phone or a new plan.

My husband and I went to this shop pre-Black Friday to upgrade a phone and to choose a plan for both of us, and were assisted by Sean. Sean was excellent. He knew and suggested the best deal, best plan and best price among all carriers: Bell, Rogers, Fido, etc. He has excellent skills and knowledge of his work. He was very nice, patient and cared very much for our needs and our preferences, and made efforts to meet our needs. Due to an issue from our side, he tried to contact the carrier to help to solve the issue. He also helped us to transfer the data from my old device, which was done way after the store closing hour. My husband and I received the best service we have experienced for phone and plan upgrade. We were very impressed by Sean’s service.
