Collision center is all the way at the rear side. In the front pathway, it says only drivers are allowed. But, a supporting person or a translator can also step in with the driver if needed. Officer Liu helped and supported us throughout the process. The staff there are helpful and respectful. They provide as much as information to us and encourage us not to worry and also inform what our next steps would be. Thank you:)

Open from 8am to 8pm, it gets busy in waves. Officer was very friendly and helpful but don’t think they will find the hit and run driver. it was empty when I was here, not like the zoo at the collision centre at North York. Read my other review for the reporting collision centre. make sure you are in the right place, see the picture of the yellow sign for this place. Other Pictures are of other Collison centres, but call police to verify which collision centre you need to go to if you are not sure.

I always get my vss and record checks here for my job, takes about 15 minutes as long as you have everything you need for ID, and you can always double check with the officer/person behind the desk to make sure you're getting what you need. It's honestly less hassle to go in if you're close by than to order your checks/screenings online.

Worse and looking over money. If I want to get report than charge 350$ even it was happen my accident, each driver needs to get report. I asked man police officer he ignore me if I complain about money even understand. Worth them for money. Avoid them service disappointed. To who review negative to them I am agree with you totally . Better go to other yrt police service.

FYI - they don't take walk ins for vulnerable sector check like they used to, have to either apply online and come to pick it up or call and make an appointment to get your sector check done on the spot.

They deserve zero star. I called to report an incident with collision center on August 3rd at 11:45 am. A woman dispatcher spoke with me over the phone for over half an hour. She assured me everything was fine and the record of the report will be on file. The other party that was involved in the incident, would be able to access the report. She advised me to give my personal information to the third party involved (they only had my phone number). I asked her for the reference number or her name/ badge number. She didn't provide any, but just assured me that there is a file of this report. Its under my license plate and the third party's phone number.I was already traumatized and I took her advice and gave all my personal information to the third party involved and I asked the third party to contact York Regional Police to access the report and give their side of the report right away. The third party did not contact the YRP, but instead made a report with Toronto Police Service later during the day. I was later contacted by Toronto Police and it turns out no record of the report was on file. I contacted York Regional right away and spoke with an officer/ dispatcher Keegan. He informed me that there was no file of the report on record and the dispatcher I spoke with earlier, was supposed to give a reference number since I made a report. I told him I trusted York Regional Police, and she was one of the officer/dispatcher who is representing the law and authority. She assured me that everything was in order. He created a report and asked me to come into one of the five stations to give my report to an officer and to come in with the vehicle that was involved with the incident.I had to drive all the way to York Regional Police at night to refile the same report that was made early in the afternoon.I am really disappointed at the lack of professionalism and empty promises given by the woman dispatcher. She assured me everything is fine and I don't have to come in to the station to file any report. She is representing the law and she should know better. She made a mockery of the law and made me mistrust her fellow colleagues. She could have gotten me charged with serious offences and made it seem like I was not cooperating with the law, even though i was the first to take initiative to file a report.
