Had furnace installed with Constant a few years, was promised 10 years warranty on parts, and 2 years free labour. Recently had issues and technician came over to check it out. The next day, I was told that I have to wait 2 month if I want the free part that is being covered by warranty, if I don’t want to wait, I can spend $200 for the part. If this is not scam, I don’t know what it is.

Was good serviec , answered lots of my questions, introduced how the AC works and why there are mutiple models and capacities, installed well and quick. Good experience.

Respond super quickly, had a broken furnace call the company, peter shows up in 30 mins, find out the blower motor is broken, because I had an old furnace I asked some friends about the price the furnace before, asked peter what’s the price to change a new one, they are offer great price. Decided instantly, signed the contract, tech showed up in 3 hrs, professional job done! solved the problem before the night falls. And they help me apply the rebate as well. Great. Will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues l.

Heard about there black Friday promotion from my friend. We contact them, and they send a HVAC system expert to inspect my house. Brian was super professional and familiar with everything in the house. We replaced Our 25 years old furnace. Completely satisfied and we see the huge different immediately. He also help us to file the Energy rebate. Great saving!

I had an Air conditioner installed in June 2021, I had some issues as the breaker was constantly tripping in the middle of the night, despite repeated calls and messages there was no response for 4 days, I also called the sales rep who sold me the unit, he was very casual about my issue, and gave me an office phone number to call where one one took my call went to an answering machine, After frequent calls to another office in Oakville, today a lady who could barely speak english called me and asked me to email my contract to her!!! What , They do not have a copy of it???? Then she tells me that she has to check with the head office and she will call me back !!! very poor service, the last 2 days were very very hot and we have a new born in the house and it was very tough to manger the child in the 33 plus heat!!! Please watch out prior to buying from these guys!!!I want to add to my comment that I made, there was a call later on from a gentleman by the name of Nassar who came in and took an appointment with me and came to my house and checked everything and he was indeed very very nice and helpful, I would like to thank this person for all the help you rendered towards checking my air conditioner and and finding the cause of the air conditioner tripping he has made a few suggestions and I’m probably going to try them out in the meanwhile,I want to say that I was told that their office was moving and therefore it was chaos in the office and they were in a lot of problems because of the moving that happened during the week. I probably think that could’ve been the reason so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and would like to retract some of the statements that I made about them hope it is helpful to someone who is reading this review
