The UPS Store

Been going to this location for over 6 years now, Reza the current owner works 6 days a week and I've never seen this guy with a frown yet, very pleasant guy to deal with. Its a small gesture but after a year into covid online shopping, Reza has been a very reliable lifeline for me!UPS shipping overall has been impressive as well during this time. I've ordered dozens of items from Japan with Both UPS/Fedex which In my personal experience UPS was slightly more reliable and much easier to pay duties compared to Fedex as UPS offers much smoother online payment compared to Fedex which you can only pay by phone unless you register with them. Nevertheless both couriers along with DHL proved to have a much better infrastructure and network while many national posts were completely halted at times. Most of my parcels from Japan arrived in 3 business days with UPS while Japan Post only offered Sea Route which estimated 3-4 month delivery time.. Anything of value & time sensitivity i'll stick with UPS from now on

Worst experience ever! I felt discriminated against. The first time I sent several packages to there, but the shop assistant told me that he would not accept too many of them. The second time I went to there，he said that my packages were too big, and he scolded me with the villagers next to me！

Bad service , no slip left on the door and not in mail box. They do not want to resend it. They want you to spend time and money and go to pick it up. I paid for my delivery to be delivered to my home, not to the UPS store. Shame on you UPS

I love everything about this UPS location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are patient and take care of me anytime I go there. One of the unique things about this location is the owner is so knowledgeable. Once I remember having a question about a different thing and he eagerly helped me with his experience.I strongly recommend this UPS location if you would like to send a parcel by UPS.

Wow! The customer service at this Ups store is the best I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend this location if you ever want fast, professional, and careful examination regarding any matter you have. I will definitely be returning to this location from now on moving forward.

I've been a regular customer for awhile and have always had a great experience with them. Mr Reza is Kind & knowledgeable. Highly recommend. It is always a pleasure to deal with the staff here.

Unfriendly and Discriminatory service!I do NOT recommend this UPS Store. The store manager" is rude. He charged me $2 + tax to tape my boxes. I just need 3 x 1.5' to finish my packing. Given that I was already

JULY 14- Absolutely horrible experience. Owners talk to customer so rude. Hold packages and mislead tenants and customers trying to do business. Avoid this location at all costs.Update AUGUST 18- I recently gave this location a 1 star rating due to what I thought was a bad experience. After the dust settled, it seems it was a preference situation and culture difference that made sparks fly. Ultimately, what I needed got done although it took extra days....I thought this post deserved an upgraded rating.I would do business with this place again...however I will call first to understand any policies or procedures they have to ensure proper delivery.

This UPS store is one of the best for sure. I had many printing jobs done by this store and Mr.Shahi did it in timely fashion and very accurate ,the experience I have not had with other stores . He is very friendly and reliable. highly recommended.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Mr Reza always goes above & beyond to make sure my shipments are handled properly. I've been coming here for months.
