I am a local Certified Financial Planner, wealth and insurance advisor. I’ve lost track of how many clients that I have suggested get in touch with Lisa McKee and her team. In the financial services industry, having professionals that you can count on is of the utmost importance.

Expensive and rushed for personal tax services in my opinion. I was not able to talk to the accountant before she did my taxes (I even asked), I had questions as this was the first year I was filling common law. They charged $40 extra to put in about 5 medical receipts for my girlfriend, asked for a $100 deposit before hand, and then took more afterwards. Then I received a letter stating that my girlfriend and I owe the CRA over $200 dollars each. This is why I had questions and wanted them answered beforehand. Filing with H&R again next season. Why pay more and get exactly nothing for it?On the plus side, they were polite and close.

The ladies that work here take great pride in their work. They are extremely matriculate and their attention to detail is hard to beat. Highly recommended for personal and corp taxes.

We will NEVER use them again, here's why:We were looking for a new accounting firm to file taxes for us after our accountant retired, simple returns for 2 adults and one student... The fees were not cheap, expensive actually ~$420!!! So we thought we would be OK and if any issues came up they would handle. WE WERE WRONG!!!!CRA requested a processing review" and instead of McKee simply handling this by sending the 2 documents to CRA for us via email
