I recently needed a repair done on a small suitcase purchased from the store a few years ago. Due to the pandemic the store is currently operating at reduced hours and fewer days of the week. However I was accommodated with a quick repair when I indicated that I would like to use the suitcase within the week. I am very impressed with this efficient and friendly service.

Outstanding Service. I ordered a computer back pack today to be delivered (same city). Delivery timeline was week of Jan 18. They delivered it 2 hours later! Love the bag but love the service more. I recommend you buy from here. I will again.

I have been shopping here for many years, they are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased B&R luggage which was the best investment I ever made plus they have a lifetime warranty.When I have needed a repair it was completed very quickly, sometimes on the same day. Outstanding Service.Best luggage store in the Ottawa area.

I have had only Great experiences with Capital City Luggage. I have always received great service that was not pushy in any way. I took my suitcase here under warranty from Samsonite. I had not purchased it here but was treated as if I had. I didn't have the receipt and they let me email it to them. Before I could even call and confirm they got my email I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. It was done in a very professional manner and looks factory new. Highly recommend this place for ALL travel needs! They even popped a Packing checklist into my repaired suitcase! Thanks!!!!

Contacted them for a Swiss gear backpack repair as they were the suggested manufacturer repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised with their quick response to my initial email and prompt service. Repair was completed in one day and with minimal cost. Highly recommend them for service and will definitely be a return customer.

Capital City Luggage is a first-rate store. They have provided my family with exemplary service and advice on travel gear for years. While they are always top-notch, I was blown away by the level of service and agility they have demonstrated during the current Ontario lock-down. Their e-commerce process is seamless, and within less than a day I got a home delivery of a deeply discounted, quality Samsonite suitcase. The owner was really really helpful and accomodating. A great selection of luggage, especially their anti-theft line. This place is truly a little gem.
