First time visiting this location and we were blown away by Ann's high level of customer service skills and knowledge about their products. She was genuinely helpful and kind. She definitely went above and beyond to make our shopping experience far more pleasant. Thank you for your assistance, Ann! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I had an amazing shopping experience with the help of the stylist sales associate John Berto. I was looking for a leather jacket and John guide me and led me directly to what I was looking for. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service provided at the store!

Very bad customer service the Chinese lady is very rude and didn’t show or seems like she wanted to help us at all. She’s like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something, my wife and I asked a few questions regarding the product and pricing and she just gave us 1 word answers, I can go to a Starbucks and get better customer service. We originally wanted to buy the sweater but after dealing with her we ended up not buying it due to the terrible customer service from this sales person.. Mackage is a huge brand and I have a lot of products from this company, but this sale person really turned me away from the brand in general…

Great service! Friendly staff. Jana was great. Not too pushy. Gave my friend and I space to try on coats. And the gentleman who worked with her that day on Sep 26, 2021 in the evening went out of his way to drop off garment bags at my office on another day as they were out of stock at the store the day we bought our jackets.

Superb customer service! They were very patient and super sweet and helpful! Felt like they genuinely cared about me and want to do their best to assist. Especially Ann, She helped me decide on a jacket that meets all my criterion. I am very pleased with the service at this location and I will definitely be shopping here again. I do recommend this location to other shoppers.

I was visiting Vancouver and decided to drop by the outlet and see what was new. I came across the Mackage store not knowing it was an outlet so I decided to drop in and peek around. I spotted a jacket that caught my eye and the price in comparison to other luxury brand parkas, I decide to give it a try. Blair the product advisor helped me and was super helpful and grabbed sizes for me in the back. Afterwards, I explained to her I wasn't from around here and didn't want to pay the extra PST. She said I didn't need to pay the PST and they can order the jacket directly from the warehouse saving me the PST. I was sold.Anyways, I had my eye on another Canadian brand with a Goose in their name and this jacket was a fraction of the cost, and the quality is there.Thank you Blair for helping me out!

It was my first time shopping at a luxury jacket store and Paul the store manager provided great customer service. He gave me many different options for jackets and made sure they were a good fit. I ended up picking the Moritz jacket and I am very happy with the jacket. Looking forward shopping here again

Superb customer service!I went Black Friday shopping and John was very helpful with sizing and checking inventory for our winter parkas! Highly recommend John Berto as he will serve you the best he can!! I had an amazing shopping experience due to John!

Went here with the husband for some shopping and our SA John was amazing helped us both find a jacket we loved for ourselves and kids.Ended up returning with my friend and her mom to help them find a jacket as well and was also handled by John who provided us with top notch service.Highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get anything at Mackage. He has you covered!!

John provides excellent service. He tries his best effort to help me to find the right jacket. He provides warm greeting which makes me so relax and enjoy looking for something I interested when I get in store. I definitely will go shopping again.
