Was a nice ride relaxing and casual setting. We had mimosas, and the kids enjoyed the ice cream. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. Got to learn a bit about Montreal from the watter was fun. Would definitely again.

Perfect day to be on the st lawrence river. Loved the guided boat tour liked the idea you can sit out or in, spacious and not crowded. Hard to hear the commentators outside over the engine. Can order drinks, pop, wine and food beer of course for a fee on debit. The points of interest shown were cool to see.

I had been to the Dubai cruise by bateau and had high hopes from the Montreal cruise too. So I booked the 4 course cruise. Unfortunately, the Montreal cruise was an utter disappointment.Firstly let me talk about the food. It was tasteless and bland. There wasn’t any seasoning. The meat was dry like the winter weather, and also hard. It was difficult to cut through the meat. The mashed potatoes were mixed with skin and brown in colour and most importantly not tasty at all. Even the sauces served with the dishes had split from the oil.Now I will talak about the service. As we sat down at our table we noticed that one of the wine glasses was chipped. Even after letting the waiter know, there was no acknowledgment or apology. We had also shared our displeasure with the food, and there was no response neither an inquiry about it. We were taken aback by this behaviour. In the end I wrote the feedback on the form and left it with the bill. But they gave the bill tray back with the feedback form back to us. I have attached it for your reference. For the amount that is charged the service and quality of food was horrendous. I hope you get your act back together, and don’t repeat this in the future.

I cannot recommend the dinner boat cruise. Avoid at all costs. This was for the dinner at 165$ per person. We booked a table for 3 and our first spot was a cramped space for 2 people in a corner with an electrical cable under. We asked to move over, since it was completely empty and the host gave some push back at first, reminding me that that I chose this table. Which I did not. I only booked a table for 3 with window. Also, the whole boat is windowed, so the extra 20$ for that option is very bloated. All but one of the waiters were very lost with what needed to be done and didn't have a basic level of courtesy or politeness. They had no idea what to do and didn't really reflect a quality of service that I would expect at any restaurant. The view is very lack luster. Half the view is seeing the shipping port, with container ships and refineries and the other half are some buildings and the amusement park. This took the whole 3 hours, there and back. None of this is clearly explained on their site, it's very secretive until you get there. The food was good, however, one of the desserts was advertised as a chocolate lava cake but in reality it was a chocolate mousse. There are much better things to do with your money at the old port. The website doesn't explain much and by the time you board the ship it's already too late.

Guillaume and Alex gave us great hospitality. Service was amazing. Mimosas weren't so bad either.

I felt so fancy having a drink on the St Lawrence! This was such a fun experience, All the staff are very kind and helpful and you learn a lot about Montreal and the areas surrounding the river. I recommend getting a drink while on the boat as they make some really good ones!

Nice relaxing 90 minute boat ride on the St. Lawrence River with views of Montreal. Some areas that you pass are industrial but I am into that, so I really enjoyed it (probably more than the kids). They said, where are we

Had a very lovely time. Found this outing via the Montreal passport card. They offer snacks and drinks aboard the 60min ride. The staff were nice and the gentleman presenting the tour gave it in both English and French, which was a nice touch.
