Excellent experience and interaction with all the staff who have assisted me. Paola, Amneeta and Michael were all wonderful to talk to and provided clear and easy to understand explanations. They don't rush the meetings and make you very comfortable and we even enjoyed some good laughs. They also check on your progress and use of the CPAP machine. Super service and assistance. The free refill of distilled water is also a bonus. I'm just on my first month of using the machine but am getting more and more used to it. Thank you very much!

Came in and get a dirty look from Amneeta not friendly at all. Then the next day i went to return my sleep kit she gave the the stare down again. She should keep her personal problems at home instead for taking her atttude on us.

Amazing friendly store, I was in a hurry to get started with a Cpap machine. Amneeta delayed her lunch break to help me out. Support this grat business. Dorothy was great in finding me the store in Langley to get my test done immediately.
