I have been using this auction site for about 2-3 years. Their products are not has high as 403(these 403 guys have zero customer service) or Stockroom(amazing customer service and products) but I am content and wish they get access to more premium products. Bidstreet has amazing customer service with no issues so far and I wish them all the best. Get bigger products guys.

Most the items are decent, but I bought a 'used' coffee grinder that ended up being broken. I don't mind that it was used, but I expect the items to be in working order when I bid on them.Customer service said they had to check with higher up and get back to me. I've sent an email to remind them that I was waiting and they are still unresponsive. I've been a good customer, so it isn't worth them 'nickle and diming' over $20 they are profiting from selling a used, broken item. I don't recommend buying anything listed as 'used' unless you live close to the pickup location AND have time to inspect items as soon as you bring them home. Better still - only buy new, unused items.

Great products at great prices. Every week brings new and diverse merchandise. The Bidstreet staff are friendly and accomodating.Bottom line: a wonderful auction experieince.

I have been using this site for years. However, there are times that a bid item is not as described , and I have returned it. Not without the owner/ manager James making disgruntled comments, even though the incorrect listing was not my fault. For example, curtains were listed as a pair and I only got one panel. I got side comments implying that I thought he was like Walmart, which I ignored. I did get credit however, but not without me feeling badly, even though it was not my fault. What would I do with one Panel, tell me? Make a dress? This last time, I bought a pair of leather boots. The leather was sewn faulty and on trying on the boots , the leather loop came apart. (This loop is an integral part of putting on and taking off the boots and it was defective) I emailed them. They said they would accept the return. The boots were perfect condition, except for this defect. James took the parcel, told me he would not accept the return as I damaged the boot. It was a loop not sewn properly and being leather, it should not have given away. I have spend hundreds of dollars here and I get this unacceptable rudeness regarding this return. Please note that I am not in the habit of returning things, except if they are not as advertised. This is the last time I deal with this company. I will not accept this kind of rudeness.

So far so good! I have been using this site a little over a month now. I find some great deals on here! I just seen Gucci glasses (new in box) that are over $300 go for $150! I myself just got a $300 satchel for $50. I have also gotten plenty of amazing deals. I have only picked up items one (2 auctions worth) and that was a good experience. I will be going this week to get the rest of my stuff I won from the 2 previous auctions!

Since buying item/s from Bidstreet, All the employees go out of their way to ensure All customers receive quality service, from responding to email inquires, pick up orders, and returns if customer/s aren't satisfied.Additionally, the company is always open to suggestions to ensure the customer experience is excellent every time.Keep up the good work, to All employees at Bidstreet.

I have been a registered user of BidStreet for over 3 years , in that time I have bought over 112 items . Every item has been as listedin proper working condition. One time on an item a small spring handle was not in the package , upon contacting them , they located the missing item and was picked up on my next visit . Ever single person I have met at their Mississauga outlet , have Very friendly , always greeting with a smile . I have Never bid on a used item , simply because , in my opinion it Very Difficult to describe a used item with every little detail . Particularly a used small appliance during test just fine , few moths down the line , some hidden wear would show up. Also any problem should be discussed with BidStreet personal immediately . Not weeks and months later on .with best regards , and successful future.Kashyap Majmudar.

Exceptional place to purchase items for great deals. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Special shoutout to James for helping me pickup my items conveniently, much appreciated.

I've been a customer with Bidstreet for a number of years and am familiar with the owner James. Early on, customer service was very good. I enjoyed buying from Bidstreet.Unfortunately, it's now rare that Bidstreet acknowledges or addresses customer concerns.I've purchased a number of NEW defective items (and missing parts) from Bidstreet, including an expensive designer jacket with a defective zipper. I had no choice but to throw out some items, like a deadbolt lock that didn't include keys, a science kit that was missing its two most valuable items, and a warped DavidsTea coffee mug, I wasn't able to immediately inspect the jacket and by the time I did and contacted Bidstreet, they were silent. I reached out to them a number of times. Nothing. I'm stuck with it. If you buy from Bidstreet, inspect your merchandise immediately and file a dispute with Paypal. It's likely the only way you'll get any customer service. Bidstreet's policy conveniently expects the customer to inspect the merchandise. There are no warranties here folks. Buy at your own risk. I've closed my account with Bidstreet. It's unfortunate that they don't value their customers.
