Canmore Raft Tours

We visited Canmore during the extreme heat dome in June / July 2021. We decided to take in the views on a slow raft (I'm nervous on and in water). We booked on the main Street in Canmore and got all the instructions we needed. It was a five minute walk to the launch place (over the bridge). Friendly and funny tour guides, you're given a life jacket to wear. You do stop in an area you can get out of the raft so if you want to do that dress accordingly :) remember your camera as there are amazing views on the way. We took the hour float and it was really relaxing. Our guide taught us lots of things we had not known. I'd really recommend this for all ages.

Our family went on the float trip yesterday afternoon and throughly enjoyed the adventure. Our tour guide Ryan was very informative and They encouraged and joined in the conversations among the group. If we are ever in Canmore again we will definitely do another float tour.

We had such a wonderful evening float with Canmore Rafting! The views were incredible and the guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining! I would strongly recommend this trip for locals and visitors alike!

We booked a 4pm, 1hr tour, for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our kids were 2 and 5 and everyone had a great time. The guide was friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure the kids had a good time. We highly recommend their lazy river tour.

Great experience with the tour. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guides. They make it a truly memorable experience. Get on the rafts and glide through the bow river that has a gentle flow. Scenery is breathtaking. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our 6 person bachelorette! We did the Raft & Craft tour and the weather turned around for us. Chris (the guide and owner) was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the whole experience interesting and entertaining. Also had great recommendations for where else to drink and eat in Canmore.

So fantastic! We did the evening explorer raft tour in late June. It was a great way to get off our feet after a day of hiking while still doing some sightseeing. The Bow River is just beautiful. Our guide was friendly and willing to give tips for the rest of our trip. We saw a bald eagle and elk, and we didn't get wet. The river was super calm and though rain was forecast, we got lucky and it was partly cloudy with great visibility.

This company is amazing! I can’t recommend enough! They were so accommodating. Our tour guide, Rye was ABSOLUTELY incredible. I even have an autistic son who was totally talking to her. Will DEFINITELY be doing this again. Thank you!!!!
