Val is an absolute gem. I've known Val since I was in high school as I played hockey with her daughter, and 10 years later as us millennials are now budding adults, she was the realtor I thought of when looking for my first apartment. I had absolutely no idea of the ins and outs of purchasing property in Vancouver, but I also had no worries about asking novice questions (like, what the heck is a subject removal), because I knew that Val would explain things to me without feeling like I was wasting her time. She was really clear and quick with when we needed to get things sorted for sending an offer, and even though the market was quite heated at the time of my purchase, the process went more smooth than butter on hot toast. Val made sure that I understood the importance of strata docs, AGMs, financial reports, and all documents associated to understanding what to absolutely avoid when purchasing a place to live. I honestly feel so lucky to have purchased the place that I did. As long as she is working, she will be the realtor I refer folks to, as well as the one I choose in the future as well.

Valerie was fantastic for us. She really paid attention to what we liked and didn't like when we were looking for our place, and made sure that what she was showing us really was what we were looking for!As first time home buyers, we really appreciated her not only walking us through the process carefully, but also just really making sure we were taken care of; she was available at any time, had suggestions for everything from notaries to moving companies, and was always amazingly quick to respond to any questions we might have (even at 11pm at night!).
