Lower Coast Building Group

I've done a fair amount of work on our house over the years and for our last set of updates, decided it was time to bring someone else in. After speaking to a few different contractors, we engaged Ian, Rob and the rest of the Lower Coast group to help us with a pretty substantial refresh of the top floor, replacement of 10 windows and a front door and a full exterior paint in our 120 year old home. The project went pretty much according to plan, despite working through the Covid restrictions of 2021. Before the project even began and throughout execution, communication was excellent with lots of availability for 1:1 check ins and clarification of details if necessary. Our plans to be out of the house during the work were derailed and the crew was super respectful of our space while we lived through the work. Trades were scheduled effectively to dovetail activities and minimize down time, and everyone was super respectful not only of us as the project sponsors, but also of our neighbours. Deficiencies were addressed quickly and the whole project came together with very little scope or budget creep that we didn't initiate ourselves. I would not hesitate to recommend the Actis group to help with a home reno or new build work. Thanks guys!
