David was introduced to us via a friend who had very high praises for his service. However, our experience was not the same. We are first time home buyers so we had a lot of anxieties and questions about our first mortgage. Unfortunately, David didn't make an effort to really walk us through things. He would answer our questions but wasn't proactive with providing additional helpful information or available options. It appears he prefers non-bank lenders and therefore made minimal effort to check out the rates of other lenders, even when we indicated clear interest in that. The real deal breaker, however, is his lackluster communication and work ethic. We felt like his side gig and I don't think anyone looking for a mortgage want to feel that way. With that said, David was pleasant and polite through all our interactions so we were appreciative of that.
