And his services were amazing: 1) successfully negotiated for a steep discount with a renowned local developer, 2) kept us updated regularly on progress, 3) walked through diligently with the developer and came up with a long list of deficiencies with his strong attention to details, 4) helped us collect and deliver groceries before we landed in town, 5) responded quickly to all major/minor requests even after completions/transactions.
