Very easy to book online. Had availability while other options did not. Greatly enjoyed Minnewanka Lake cruise and the Banff Gondola. Key point- parking lot at gondola was extremely limited, and cars ahead of us were being turned away, however having a time reserved allowed us to park there no problem.

I'm giving this company a one star review because they literally are doing fraud.They give you no info on what's happening and what you are paying for.So little information. Here's what happened to us:We bought the pursuit pass for banff and jasper which includes 6 different areas to visit($250 per person). For each of the visits there was a time frame. Except that the golden sky bridge which is when the issue shows up.We call the number provided by the company to figure out the operation hours and it was saying 9am to 9pm. So we started driving around 5 and got there around 7(it is two hours of drive).Guess what? They were closed. So we drove another two hours to get back to banff. After talking with the agents and waste hours of my time, they gave us $20 refund(altogether, jokes on them). Their excuse was that the price was $250 because at that time there was a deal with sky bridge so we get $10 per person.The agents answer was even funnier, we are sorry that we wasted your time and money but we don't care and just to feel good and act like a good company, we throw $20 at you.

Brewster’s Pursuit Banff is the best bus company around. We chartered a bus for our destination wedding to show our guests the beautiful Icefields Parkway and Glacier Walk. Pursuit planned it all for us. Bob, our bus driver, was full of local knowledge and kept us engaged the entire day. He made sure to drop us off so we didn’t have long walks and could fit in more stops. What a day!
