Went there for their Halloween kids party. The staff and atmosphere was so great and inviting. Highlyrecommend.

My two children's classes have been interrupted in the Covid. They didn't do any credit or makeup. I couldn't contact them through phone calls or e-mails, so I visited them several times in person, but every time they said they didn't know, they just said they would contact me. Furthermore, I threw away my child's works without notice and wasted my money. They have no expertise in teaching works and no communication with parents. Sending your children there is a waste of time and money.

I had a birthday party for my daughter. It is now 6 weeks later and still the item they made is not ready for pick up. I have called every week and always an excuse. I have emailed and no response back. Left phone messages and no one has called back. I would not recommend this place. Very poor customer service

I’m so disappointed with this our experience. I couldn’t book online after multiple attempts so I called in and booked spots over a month in advance for my nieces 7th birthday. When we showed up they said they didn’t have our booking and didn’t seem too concerned… two young girls super bummed out for the day. :(

I love doing these pottery classes! If you go with a friend the price is great ($40 for two people for most of the pieces). I love the new set up; they show you a basic run through of the piece and then let you do your thing. The class is only an hour and a half which can sometimes feel rushed, so if you're a beginner, choose an earlier class and stay a little later if you need to (the staff are usually pretty good about taking extra time if you need it). The new store layout is great, but the tables are a little bit cramped if the class is full (try a weeknight class for less busy times). Keep in mind, for each piece you come to the studio 3 times (once to build, once to glaze, and then once more to pick up the finished piece). This can be a bit of an annoyance if you live far away, but they do allow a 2 week grace period between sessions so you do have some time to arrange to pick up your piece. I've done three pieces now and keep coming back to do more, they are so addictive! Absolutely love the staff here, they are super friendly and approachable!

Great staff! Really no complaints about any of them. All super friendly and helpful. My complaint comes from part our own fault (me, my mom and sister) and perhaps just how the general business is run. I'll start off at the beginning: I purchased 3 seats to make the whale flower pot for both my sisters bday and mothers day. It went completely fine. The 2nd part; painting and glazing was the huge mess. Firstly, before booking consider how many people are involved and if you are willing to finish them off separately. BECAUSE. what no one mentions, is that the summer time they barely run any glazing days because of all the summer programs. there was maybe 1 day a month. And I want to say one of the months there was no option. We made our pots in May and only JUST glazed them now..... in OCTOBER. I had emailed a few times begging for a glazing day, and whenever they decided to make one it always fell on a day where one of us was out of town. I also asked as an alternative if there were mini take home paints that we could do on our own time. Which was told no. Finally, October had multiple day options so we were able to find one that worked with all of us. 8pm to 9pm. Lol, You have to paint the thing 3 times! If you want any kind of detail at all it's probably going to take longer than an hour. I'm pretty sure I only got 2 layers down and I wasn't even able to glaze it. (They do glaze it for you if you dont have time thankfully) But it's suppose to be fun time, and we felt very rushed. Again, the staff are wonderful. This is nothing against them. Just how things are timed and run. Honestly I think the owners should consider providing take home paints. not the glaze, as Im sure that would be a goopy mess. But the paints were not terrible to work with and we could have easily painted our pieces in a relaxing setting months ago and returned to glaze them. Also not sure how feasible it would be to always have a simple glaze only" (as in not painting) time slot available. Maybe like 4 spots at a counter somewhere to slap on the glaze in 20min and leave. Just a thought. A unique experience

Paid an absurd amount of money for camp for a week and my daughter came home with clothes covered in non washable paint. I was not informed to send her in throw away clothes. She not only ruined her shirt but also her coat. Horrible for not having smocks for kids. Would not recommend sending your kids here.

It was not good experience. The staffs are neither professional nor friendly. My kid and I were there for the family workshop. We worked with the clay. We were beginners and expecting some instruction from staffs. However, their system is just letting people work on their own watching the video instructions. They’re several steps and not easy to follow (especially with kid). I thought that’s okay considering how much it costs. I couldn’t get the work done in the given time and was told I could come back and work on for the undone part of my work. The staff even said that it would be easier to work when the previously worked part is dried up. One week later when my kid and I revisited them, there were different staffs. Nothing was set up for me and my kid on the table. They didn’t seem they knew what to do and how to help me and my kid. I explained what happened last week and what I was expecting to do today. What happened was so different than what I had expected. The staff told that they already baked my undone clay work so I can’t work on it anymore. The girl addressing herself a manager said the clays were supposed to be done in one session and what I was told last week was all wrong. She even said that my kid used too much clay already despite he and I didn’t use the half of the clay that was given to us last week. Without apologizing for their misunderstanding and the situation, she said that I had two choices; just finish the baked undone works by coloring them anyway or rebook a workshop and start over. I said I would like to start over because I hope I could complete work in the way it’s supposed to be. It’s supposed to be a bear-shape, and that’s what my kid was eager to see at the end. She said that she’s going to email me to help to reschedule, but I still didn’t get any email from her. It’s so disappointing.

While my children have enjoyed the sessions I find the whole experience VERY pricey.
