I walked into Muska lighting to find lights for our remodel that were similar or the same as what my decorator had picked up. The prices from the decorator seemed high and I just wasn't sure if I really liked all of them. I knew my husband would not like some of them. Lisa was sitting at a desk and I just asked her if she had time to help me. I was thinking I would have to make an appointment like Fergason's and I was running out of time in selecting the lighting for the electrician.I not saying that making an appointment would have better, but she didn't turn me away. Lisa was fabulous, I can't brag about her enough, she was so pleasant, so calming, and not pushing ideas and yet she was very decisive about what she liked and what she thought would look great in my house just by looking at pictures I sent her. Thank you Lisa,, what a great experience working with you at Muska.

This store is fantastic. My husband and I made a lighting purchase a couple of years ago and moved to Washington state shortly after the purchase. Some of the light fixture hardware was lost during the move and I reached out to Muska Lighting almost 1.5 years after the purchase to ask if they could help us replace the hardware. They found what we needed and coordinated the shipping of the replacement hardware at no extra cost. Amazing customer service and great products. I highly recommend this store.

I recently called Muska Lighting regarding a replacement LED module for a fixture we had purchased in 2013. I was put in touch with Alex, and I have to say he was quite possibly the most helpful and pleasant customer service person I've ever dealt with. His follow-up and all interactions with him were outstanding and well above and beyond expectations.

So many options to choose from. Our salesperson, Alex, is very knowledgeable. Will continue to do business here.

Julie at Muska Lighting Roseville has been nothing short of AMAZING! Our project had kitchen, dining and a couple bathroom fixtures. She patiently worked through their site to help find the look we were after while keeping our budget in mind. She is prompt and positive within any exchange and with follow up questions. She quickly handled and provided updates on a back order outside of their control and recently even found me a replacement part for an older fixture — responding within a couple hours of my email. We just finished picking out pendant lights for above the bar and sink in our new basement bar. Alex was super helpful, friendly, and funny (certainly not a requirement but always nice to have)! He helped us match the style of lighting to the tin ceiling and cabinets. It was a fast and efficient process, and we definitely recommend Muska Lighting. As a perk you can wander around and look at the incredible light fixtures while your order is being processed. I've never seen so many beautiful pieces of lighting. It felt like being in an art gallery, but the prices are fair and there is something for everyone.

They really have a large selection of lighting that seems reasonably competitive with other lighting companies in the area and a friendly staff to boot. About any kind of ceiling light or wall sconce you could think of was on display. Unfortunately, I was kind of looking for table lamps and there weren't a ton to see. Their website however has a seemingly endless supply of them that are easily available for order. I was just hoping to see some in person before choosing one. I'll likely check them out again when it comes time to replace other lighting around the house.

We live in out-state MN, and couldn’t find anything locally, for the unique kitchen fixture we needed. We then spentan entire weekend in the Twin Cities looking for it. Thankfully, we found exactly “it” at Muska in Roseville.

Read the fine print and then walk away. Muska charges a 25% fee to return lightning even if returned in an unopened box and even if you are willing to take store credit for the return. There are many places to buy lightning, go somewhere else.

Sold us the wrong light and now they want to charge us a 25% restocking fee. BEWARE going here. Lost my business.
