101 Mobility of Calgary

101 Mobility is a fabulous company top to bottom, starting with Vanessa and Ashlyn! My stairlift was installed yesterday by Alex and Randy. They were fast, efficient and courteous! I'm super pleased with their job! I highly recommend anyone in need of a stairlift to contact this fantastic company!!!

Absolutely would not recommend this company, they have left us with a broken chair, and absolutely do not stand behind their work. We have tried to communicate with them via telephone, email and BBB but they will not have a conversation about this, and they won’t even provide a proper response.We had a tech attend the home who was incredible, they took the chair apart, replaced the battery and ensued that it was in good working order, or so we thought. The tech left us an invoice, miss-charged us. When he called back we were more than happy to pay the difference in the error to resolve this. The chair then started having issues after this work was done so we reached back out and the issue has now at present time escalate and is much worse. The facts are that they came took the chair apart and serviced it to a point it’s now not working safely, we thought by engaging a company who was part of the BBB, and had good reviews they would stand behind their work. At this time we are engaging a new company, however we feel there needs to be some ownership from this business to stand behind their work, the fact that they have left us in this position is simply unacceptable, it caused physical ( my husband is limited in his mobility) and financial ( we have to pay for the additional damages caused) problems.We were asking for the service call charge to be refunded and if this new vendor who attends determines this to be as a result of their workmanship for them to pay this cost as well. We have provided an option for them to view the chair prior to engaging a new company, which they have declined. We have not asked for anything more then for them to stand behind there work and have received the exact opposite

We chose Handicare Stair lifts from 101Mobility for three applications in our home: Main floor to upstairs, main floor to basement, main floor to garage.After comparing the competition, we selected Handicare Stair Lifts for the following reasons:1) They use a multi-drive friction drive system which makes it very smooth and quiet in operation.2) The chair folds up to only 12.6 allowing maximum room on the staircase for someone to get by.3) They offer a fully automated Slide Track which moves up and down with the seat to provide clearance top and bottom when the seat is not there. This also looks much better than a foldup track offered by everyone else.4) They have a "Zero Intrusion" option for stairways that end at a door.5) The stair lift operates even during a power outage.6) It is cost competitive with the competition.101Mobility office staff were very friendly and helpful. They figured out ways to do things that were not necessarily standard. The installers were very proficient are careful.All in all I have no trouble recommending Handicare Stairlifts and 101Mobility."

Came out next day to repair a stair lift that another company failed to diagnose correctly. We have tried 3 companies and this one was by far the best. The technician was both knowledgable and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Our experience with 101 Mobility was above and beyond. From the first conversation with Vanessa to the install with Alex & Randy. Vanessa was extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice and direction. The install by Alex & Randy was efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend their services!!!!

We had purchased a condo with a Bruno stairlift that did not work. 101Mobility answered our internet request, asked for details of the unit and sent out a service tech(Randy) to see if he could get the unit up an running. He resolved the issues, serviced the unit and instructed us on its use and care. We are very with the help and the service we received.

Excellent company. We needed a lift chair put in the garage of our new home before we moved. Everything was done over the phone. Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be having a second lift chair installed in the house when we get moved in. Goes without saying, 101 Mobility will be getting our business. We greatly appreciate all of your help and wonderful service.

We had a very specific issue with our chair. Over the phone Vanessa and Eric talked me through what to look for.There’s not many company owners or employees who will take that kind of time to help at no charge. Wow is all I can say. When our Chairllift stopped working we called 101 Mobility and the next day Alex came and fixed it all up and got us working again. His knowledge of the problem was amazing and his professionalism was second to none. Best call I ever made, I would recommend 101 100%.
