Useless sales reps. They seemed good at doing inventory as that’s what they were doing in front of us, but none of the 4 circling us when shopping helped to find a product, and to top it off when we asked for a gift receipt the lady said “it’s too late now”, and we had to even ask on top of that to learn what the standard refund policy is. Review your in store security and you will learn a lot about your staff.
