Can’t get order right. Even after confirming my order 3 times I was still given the wrong coffee. Employees don’t ask when they are unsure of an order and just guess. Extra large coffee wasted, now have to order another and pay for it all over again. Figure it out!!

Just ordered chilli and coffee. Took 3 times for person to get order correct.When I got home chilli was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. Not warm but absolutely cold. This has got to be a health hazard. When I tried to call number on website you cannot get through it ends up being a fax machine!Talk about poor customer service!!!!

Tonight while traveling with our basketball team, we had to stop at this Tim Hortons location 1006. The moment we got inside we were told by Jayna we can't use the restroom, mind you we have kids with us. 8 boys all under 13 years old. We then were told it only 2.people can use the men's by another staff as Jayna refused to serve or open the restroom for us. Our coach asked for the women's restroom to be opened for his wife and was told they don't see her. Coach stated that this isn't right. It was clear Jayna was bias about our skin colour the moment we came into the Tim Hortons to the point when she called the police on the boys. She knew parents were present the boys were frustrated and needs to use the restroom she didn't appreciate us asking for them all to use the restroom and thought the best course was to call the police on a group of kids wanting to use the restroom and who were frustrated with her tone and actions. Jayna has a racial bias and should seek help, she should not be allowed to service people or be around children. Tim Hortons I expected more from an establishment that prides itself on being Canadian which is a multicultural. Jayna should be given the tools to deescalte situations instead of making them worse. Do better Tim Hortons.

The floor had a spill there for hours and NOT cleaned up. They let kids in who don't order stuff either and let the kids carry on like infants.

Would you eat this sandwich?!! Anyways, the employee who is responsible for making coffee at the drive-thru in the morning shift should be FIRED!! EVERY SINGLE MORNING I GET THE WRONG COFFEEE! AND I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK 15 MINS BACK YO GET THE RIGHT COFFEE . PLZ CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY

Recommendation about this location: Be very precise if you want a combo/meal, I'm only saying this because I've experienced this multiple times when I asked for a combo and maybe 80% of the time, they charged me for a sandwich and a drink but not the combo.
