We can't get over how helpful We are the Northern was with a recent issue we had accessing our Instagram. Claire, their founder, personally went out of her way to get us back on track. Our issue was quite complex, and she was willing to take whatever time it took to connect with Facebook personally to find a resolution. She went above and beyond and did not stop until we found a solution. If you are ever looking for social media advice, support or ANYTHING related to your business or online presence, they are the people to talk to. I have worked with Claire for almost a year through my position in a retail company. She is exceptionally professional and easy to communicate. I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to write this review considering I’ve had the pleasure of working with Claire and Scott from WATN twice before!The first time my family and I did some lifestyle modeling for them and it was an amazing experience. We got to hang out, laugh and eat as a family, all while having our photos taken; it was fun, easy and none of it felt contrived.The second time it was just my daughter and I for a product photoshoot and again, my 9 year old felt so at ease that still to this day, she talks about how much fun she had at that shoot.Claire is such a professional and does everything she can to help you feel comfortable while producing beautiful results in the form of photos, video and media content.Highly and wholeheartedly recommend them!
