Horrible customer service from the services team every time I’m in there. Even looking up from their computers when you walk in would be a great start.

Bought a certified pre-owned car the a/c gave up after 6 months and car roof rattle like crazy better look somewhere else for cars.

Was in recently to have a few concerns addressed with my car. Main one being the transmission. That turned out to be a non-issue. However, in addition to the transmission service and multi-point inspection, I paid an additional $169.95 for what the service advisor told me was an additional hour for the service team working on my car to look into and or diagnose the issues I was having. I was told that they weren't able to replicate any of the issues, and having looked over the invoice after paying for the services and bringing my vehicle back home, I noticed that the odometer in/out reading on the invoice are the exact same. So either my car wasn't driven enough to actually notice my concerns, or this dealership isn't writing the correct information on invoices.Aside, it felt like I was being given the cold shoulder in there the entire time. As if paying a shop labor rate of $169/h isn't enough for them. Won't ever be back to another dealership ever again.

Was in St. John’s for 3 days and needed an oil change and rotation on my new truck. Called ahead and in addition to sorting how to get one lined up I also received some bang up recommendations on things to do in town. On arrival the service team was very helpful and communicative. The truck was serviced in short order….thanks to the crew for getting it done.

Terrible service department. Had an appointment booked 4 weeks ago. Service dept called saying they had to reschedule because they were behind on work. Next available appointment was for 18 days time but I could drop the truck off and they would try and get to it in the next 2-3 days time. What kind of fairy tale are they living in??? Who has 2-3 days to let a vehicle sit at a garage on the chance it MAY get fixed. Said I wanted to speak to the service manager to try and get an earlier appointment and was told I would get a call right back...good thing I wasnt holding my breath.Before buying ANYTHING from Hickman Chev...read the service reviews first.

I was driving through St John’s for only a day and a half. They were busy but made time to take a look at my vehicle and had it fixed quickly. I can’t thank you and your team enough for making this repair happen.

Not a big fan of chevy any more die to the decline of the quality but this dealership has good sale persons. The garage part not so good. I know of alot of problems. If your car is 5 years or older there not to kind with it. They don't like fixing sunroofs seen that with 2 cars and watch out when they replace a air bags in dash. They destroys the dash in every vehicle and don't fix or tell the customer.

This is my first review. Buying a new vehicle here was a first class experience. Special thanks to Mr. Derrick Whitten who made the process so much easier and lot more enjoyable than I would have imagined. Thanks also to Leah for her professionalism and good ideas. Right now I’m not very happy with this company. Our 2022 Equinox broke down on Sunday the 19 and We called roadside assistance and the car was taken to Woodward’s in Bay Robert’s It’s now Tuesday the 21 and the car hasn’t been looked at yet . We purchased the car from Hickman Chevrolet St.John’s and don’t understand why we have to deal with Woodward’s. We have doctors appointments this week and no way to get there . We live around the bay with no taxi service . Another problem is we are not going to get a loner which we are entitled to . Not happy at all .Would love to hear from you .Marguerite
