My dog has anxiety and becomes agressive when groomed because of bad groomers he had in the past which I mentioned to her many times. She has zero experience with difficult dogs like she said she had. First time in 11 years that someone is not able to finish grooming him.When I came to get him, she was extremely rude telling me my dog is insane and blaming him for biting after I saw her trying to catch him with a long pole while she was clearly freaking out and making my dog even more scared trying to hide from her in the corner of the window. Who knows what else she did while I wasn’t looking.She is not an experienced groomer and obviously lacks a lot of training. Also took a month for an appointment and doesn’t let clients inside the salon so she needs to go outside a lot to talk to people which she did twice in 30 min. (while attending a difficult dog).Now I have to bring my traumatized dog to another groomer in a week to finish the job. She left him with big chunks of eye gunk just hanging on his face.Horrible experience!

Yesterday, I took my 100 pound Malamute-Husky mix to Salon Dog Wash for the first time and I highly recommend it. My dog came out feeling fluffy, soft and smelling great. I knew my dog was in a good hands with the ladies that took care of him there.

Best experience ever! My young Sheltie has never looked better. I've paid close to three times as much to another groomer for almost no perceptible improvement. Louise is a delight to deal with and she knows her stuff. Don't hesitate to try Salon Dog Wash. Tell her Murray sent you.

Best groomer in sud-ouest! My dog always comes out fresh and looking good! They do a really good job on my springer spaniel, they are very accommodating and fair pricing. Highly recommend :)

They are nice & price is good but when I want to make an appointment, anytime for any day, they only have 15+ days from when I am asking. I find it hard to believe there is not a single spot for that long. AND, thats if she gets back to me. Last time I was ignored completely. Also, nails were cut way too short the last time & my dogs bleed all over the house.

They did a FANTASTIC job with my dog Benny today! Very convenient location, easy booking (I did so via text), super fair pricing and my Benny looks amazing! We will certainly be going back :)

Called 3 times in 3 days and no one picked up so I eventually Messaged Salon Dog Wash upon a friend’s recommendation for my Shiba.Very gentle dog, never shown any sign of agression but just because I mentioned he was a Shiba they point blank refused to take him.I tried to ask them to reconsider and they just ghosted me… it’s unfortunate that some breeds suffer prejudice, if they weren’t comfortable with it I can understand but I would have appreciated a recommendation to another place that would have taken him.Ended finding another place on my own and they didn’t make any fuss about it and every time they tell us what a « good boy » he is.
