Just went through the Drive-thru and the lady working the speaker was so incredible nice and funny. I had a big order with a box of coffee, 1 dozen donuts and 3 drinks and the whole time she was making conversation and being very positive. I wish i got her name but i just didn't think to ask. she told me she worked there for 12 years which is awesome but it definitely shows because her customer service skills is 10/10. Amazing service all around!

I've given Timmies so many chances, but I'm finally done. Constantly out of everything. I ordered two meals and BOTH were messed up this time. Drinks that should be cold are warm. Go back to coffee and donuts only, because you're awful at food.

Bought my 1.5 year old child a chicken noodle soup. After I paid, I asked for ice to cool the soup down since it’s piping hot, the girl comes back and says that’ll be 10 cents. As I sat there cooling the soup down; 2 teenagers, who were riding their bikes, came in to get some tap water and the cashier says that’ll be 20 cents. The kids didn’t have money on them and left. Just ridiculous to be so cheap and to think that Tim Hortons has charities like Camp Day, Timbit Sports and Tim’s for good, that they can’t give water to some teenage kids that are biking outside.

This is honestly really disheartening and frustrating. To have to wait 20 minutes for my food, only for it be wrong and to wait again and then when I get home finding out they put meat in my egg farmers wrap, which I could no longer eat as a vegetarian. Extremely disappointing. At this point you are stealing money. I do not have the time or energy to deal with the completely incompetent staff who lack training and basic communication skills. Do better.

Waited for 10 mins in the restaurant before I even got acknowledged. Then the worker told us there were more important orders to take care of.The bathrooms were disgusting. I do not recommend.

This Tim Hortons restaurant needs a good clean, dirty floors in edges and corners, lots of dust and cobwebs, tables not wiped, garbage overflowing. Floors should not be in such a bad condition in fair weather conditions.

9:51am, Feb 4. Your drive through was very inefficient and ridiculously slow. We sat in the line for 22 min before we even ordered. Do better. The only thing that brings me back to this location is Kim and Char. Keep up the great work ladies!

Don’t know what’s happened to this Tim Hortons, but I used to enjoy the service and the food here. The past 3-4 times I have been here I’ve been given the wrong order or only half of what I have ordered, I’ve been overcharged and the customer service has gotten really bad. Today I went there for lunch and my fiancé found a CLUMP OF HAIR in his chicken wrap, I am disgusted and will not be going here again.

I ordered a latte at the drive thru. The cup felt very light but as there was quite a lineup I took it and drove off. I decided to wait until I got home before opening it. There was only a half cup of latte in the cup. Am extremely disappointed. I live in Calgary so it was too far to return and ask for a full cup. Also wasn't sure if they would think I drank any first, which I didn't. I should have taken the time at the window but was trying to be considerate to others in line. I don't recommend this Tim's.

Stop serving burnt coffee!Fill up the french vanilla where it's supposed to be instead of two inches from the top! And keep your hair out of the food! So disgusting
