I would absolutely recommend Niagara Countetops. The lady in Niagara Falls showroom was super nice and helpful! She took the time to help me to choose the right product and style and found me just what I wanted. They measured and did the installation and it looks amazing! I had no problems whatsoever and would recommend this company. Super friendly service from everyone I dealt with and they did a beautiful job installing my kitchen.

Very disappointed with the service. I would not recommand it to anyone if you want to get your countertop delivered on time.

I had a serious kitchen fire in Sept. 2020....yep , covid era.My kitchen was completely redone and I had a laminate counter top put in... 35 sq ft. Within a month i had more bubbles than counter. Larry and Mark came in, explained the reason of climate control. Repaired the whole thing in half an hour... Such awesome business ethics and sincerity, hard to believe!!!!I would highly recommend such dedicated, professional, honest people.My counter is the envy of all my friends!!!

We highly recommend Niagara Counter Tops !! Everyone at the Welland location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went the Niagara Falls location to finalize our order with Irene. Irene was super helpful and took the time to explain the quality of laminate we were choosing and provided us with samples to take home. This company was recommended to us by friends who have used them in the past. The install guys were great and so friendly and kind. Our kitchen got a much needed upgrade without spending thousands of $$$ !!

Professional they showed up on time when they said they would. They came with drop sheets and even cleaned after they were done nice to see that there's people that care. I am completely satisfied with the installations of new countertops the boys did a great job. Irene at the Niagara Falls office was such a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend 100% over

Stay away very bad costomre service.The cut the sink and destroyed my brand new gas stove.And we paid them over and aboveWhen company's reelize that costomer service starts after you sell your products.Extremely disappointed!!!
