We had Ed's Pipeworks, St. Catharines replace a tank-less water heater and they were terrific. Very fast, efficient, professionals who know what they're doing. They did such a great job we decided to have them do some additional work.Thanks to Ed & his team we are very happy with the new water tank and gas lines :-)

Ed and Brian (I hope that I have his name right) came to my house today and assessed my Navien Combination Unit. They were very professional and efficient. Despite not having installed the unit, they quickly addressed problem areas with my system and proposed solutions. I could not have asked for better service.

Bryon, Ed and Steve really came through for us in a pinch when our basement flooded right before a vacation. It was a stressful situation and they were very thorough, honest, and provided reassurance. From start to finish we were impressed with their knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend this company! We can't thank you guys enough for your service.

We have had Ed and Brian do work for us in the past and were extremely pleased with their work and their customer service. When another issue arose, I knew who I was calling. After speaking to Ed, him and Brian came very promptly to take care of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone and I will to my friends and family for sure. Both are very easy to speak to. These guys are fantastic. I called them after my regular maintenance company came 3 times in 3 weeks to fix a leaking tankless water heater - and it was still leaking. But Ed and his crew found the problem immediately, and even discovered the internal circulation had never been turned on. So now I not only have no leak, but my hot water comes much sooner out of the facets. Highly recommend Ed. (and super nice guy to boot)

Ed always answers his phonecalls and his employees are timely and professional. I asked Ed if he could squeeze us in asap to move around some plumbing in our laundryroom because we have cabinetry being installed this week. He made it happen in just a few days. Thank you!

Brian and Ed came to address a gas leak in my kitchen today, and really went above and beyond to locate and address the issue.
