Bad service and super high prices. No results guaranteed. They took money upfront and did not deliver any results. Had to go with another company to get results.

Gave an embellished list of repairs that needed to be done with an exorbitant price. Did not give promised inspection rebate for the work. Promised inspection rebate is a scam.

Thanks ICE for the great customer service and thank you to the office staff and your technicians you guys are great at what you do. Another year gone and still no wildlife. I highly recommend this company to anyone :)

Highly recommend. We had problem with squirrels in the roof of 100 year old house. They came to identify the issues, estimated a fair price, came on the day they said they would and worked efficiently and carefully all day long. The team who came were Callum and Cameron. They were both delightful. Callum carefully explained what they were going to do and then when they were finished he told me exactly what to expect and when they would be back to convert the humane one way doors to permanent barriers. They scrupulously cleaned up at the end of the day and I feel confident that they worked really conscientiously. You never really know what to expect with a new company. This was a very positive experience. Also, the girl I spoke to in the office was delightful and very efficient.

I acknowledge that Terminix pest control proved to be life saving for me.The gentleman sent by Terminix was very positive and explained to us the importance of inegrated pest mnagement.He treated our home and we have not seen a bug in one month .Very happy with service and recommend the tech Rafi' who is corteous and helpful

Set an appointment for 12-4 and the guy arrived at 6:30. 2 days later the wasps were still here - it looked like he left part of the nest up and it was growing again. Called right away - they said they would call back but didn't. Tried again after a few days and sent pictures as requested, but they said it was a new nest so they wanted to book an appointment and charge me again. Even though it was in the exact same spot. Waste of time and money.- In response to the reply below:No, I'm asking you to complete the job I paid you to do.

I am writing to compliment the technician who came on Saturday. Nathan was an absolute joy to work with. Not only did he find a creative & thorough solution for our skunk challenges, he was polite and good-humoured the whole time. (And I should mention that the temperature on Saturday was 44 with the Humidex! Not easy conditions to be crawling under our house.) I highly recommend ICE Pest Control & Wildlife. Their services were very impressive!

Sal came to set stations around the house to eliminate mice. He took his time to check every place of the house for mice activity. he explained everything in detail. Very pleased with his visit. Same pleasant experience with the lady I spoke to set the appointment.
