I visited Bassett Spa. Excellent service, visited for laser hair removal. Very economical rates and quick. I recommend for everyone

How is this owner even allowed to get a License. Last place in Pickering Town Center, she skipped paying rent for months and took off. She has fake papers, is rude, and all the bad reviews have been erased. Such as burning permanently after Laser treatment...to a client. Go somewhere else.....

I had microdermabrasion today. The experience is amazing! Eva is very professional and have suggested good products to use for my oily skin. I highly recommend her SPA and can't wait to go back for more amazing experience.

I booked an appointment for a massage at Bassett spa, and received a text a few hours before my appointment telling me that my appointment is cancelled and I can reschedule the next day (which was New Year’s Eve) and I did. I had to rearrange my plans to make it work. I arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment, and by the time I was brought in to the room to have my massage, it was already 17 minutes past my appointment time. At the time I didn’t mind as long as I had my full hour, however, when I tried to lay on the massage bed, it kept wobbling and was clearly unstable. In addition, the sheets were very wrinkled and did not look welcoming and clean. She tried to fix it but realized it was still very unstable and unsafe for me to lay on as it kept wobbling. When I went to the washroom, it did not look clean and there was poo in the toilet that had not been flushed. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and unsettling experience to the point that I had to walk out.

Bassett Medical Spa is a premier day spa. I have done both the laser hair removal, as well as OxyGeneo Facial. I felt like I could completely trust their experience, unlike other spa parlours.
