ENMAX Calgary Energy Centre

It is not easy to understand this company. They just anticipate how much has to be charged for electricity and natural gas. I have one empty home Since December 30, 2020. None lives in that home. I have been paying almost $300 since then. Even I am paying for waste water. I do not know how they charge for waste water if none is living in the home. Is there any regulatory framework that monitors how common people are being exploited? There is monopoly of these corporations. None is there to advocate on behalf of the customers.

I will give them 5 stars as the power is always on! Public utility companies are always easy to have opinions about, good and bad. I am sure they are trying always to do their best.I would like to know if I could have a tour of your facility? Please let me know. Thanks for keeping the lights on!

Enmax is a low customer service company that charges way too much for there service.I've used bc hydro and NWT power corporations.Alberta Enmax is a rip off I pay 500.00 a month in Alberta.Bc hydro I pay 120.00 to 150.00 a month.NWT power corporations I pay250.00 to 300.00 a month

I get bills every month from them and have to call and dispute them every. Single. Month. I haven’t had an account with them for almost a year now!!!

The white fluffy cloud maker always makes my 5-year-old child ask how they contain the fire and turn it into electricity. Maybe someday we can get a tour to help her curiosity about the world.

When the CEO of enmax makes over 600,000 a year with another 1.4 milion in bonuses. Our monthly bills should not be so high. Utilities should be government owned again.

NEEDS third party investigation

It blows my mind that when you call Enmax, they don’t do any proper screening and they just require your name and address to gain access to the account. They even allowed for someone to open an account under my name and when it put me into collections, they did a whole investigation, sent me voice recordings of the person (which was the opposite gender of me), which I had to send to my lawyer. And at the end, it was an “oh sorry. I’ll cancel the account, but we can’t go back on anything regarding collections.” Their excuse was that they give anyone that calls in the benefit of the doubt when they say who they are.Update-I sent in an email the day I got a response on google and no one responded LOL. This is a huge joke.

Am gonna give them 5 because as the power is always on and in this bad time they are standingBeside citizens
