First I want to say when I call there the receptionist Theresa is the best receptionist to have been working with Benoit since I've been going there, this lady has a wonderful personality and very caring lady to the people who walk in the door. I refuse to give this lady only a 5 star she deserves alot more than a five stars As for Benoit and the rest of the employees they always made me feel comfortable and always made possible to help me as much as they can. I get my orthotics made from them and will continue to do so. Benoit is fantastic at his job and knows what he's doing and very understanding of my needs . He suggested I get a shoe lift for my right foot best suggestion and decision that was made. It makes my walking lots easier for me.

I went there for an assessment and was sold ortopedic inserts. They are not a solution to my problem. I have talked to them three times and they are unwilling to anything.They have my money; I do not have a solution!! .......BEWARE

Service not ok waited 2.45 hrs to have an iner- sole on thicker then the oder one .and could not use them when there tree time to fix them but no sucess

Anand is fantastic if you need orthotic help for your feet. He gets 5 stars. Ben, on the other hand...I injured my knee, and booked an appointment a week in advance. I arrived a few minutes late on crutches, and got an unrelated phonecall while in the waiting room. Ben came to get me, and I was finishing the call as we walked to the examination room. Ben then mouths the words to me I'll rebook you for a time when YOU'RE not so busy." AND THEN LEFT! I quickly tried to find him on crutches
