Able Appliance Works

Would never recommend. The guy came took parts said he would be back in 20 minutes and never returned. 2 weeks later and multiple phone calls still no parts but he kept promising to bring them back. He made excuse after excuse then eventually stopped answering so I had to call from s different number he finally answered. I ended up having to drive to Kelligrews Tim hortons to get my parts. Got some parts back...they weren't mine. Had another company come in but they noticed the parts were not for our washer and wouldn't touch it. Ended up having to buy a new washer. Worst company. Says he got a few people working but it us actually just the one person.

Oven stopped working before Xmas and Able said they had to send away for the part. It's now February 9th (!) and still no part but according to Able it has apparently been in transit for almost 2 months. Coming by Pony Express I guess. And now today their company phone number is out of service.Called another repair shop and they said that they have the part in stock and can install TOMORROW.Call anyone, and I mean ANYONE else for your appliance repairs. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

This guy kept telling me he would come in to fix a washer, but could never set a time. After two weeks waiting, I went elsewhere. Not reliable at all. Don't waste your time...

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, paid them up front for a job to fix a dryer, 180$, they came and took it apart and left it there. 4 Months have passed and they have backed out on 10+ scheduled visits to fix it without notice. They re-schedule and never show up and come up with excuses.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Was having issues with dishwasher, he came and replaced a part for $140. A week later dishwasher broke again. After 4-5 scheduled no show visits, he finally shows again to say I need another part. Called another company for second opinion, discovered there was never anything wrong with the dishwasher, I was just setting it and missing the little notch. Anyone into that field would know that I was told! He wanted easy money and nothing else! Dont waste your time or money like I did!
