Had an unhappy moment switched to a great experience! I had called in to confirm I did not need an appointment to try wedding dresses on the weekends. I came in and asked to start tying dresses and they had said being the Grad Trunk Show they weren’t able to do brides. However they would have me try on a few, the lady helping me ended up grabbing more and more off the racks for me to try on and was very outgoing. I ended up finding my perfect dress! All the ladies there were constantly giving feedback on dresses and asking if I needed help. Will be going back again for future needs, very happy with the customer service.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Every time I've worked with them they have always made sure to have dresses that flatter everyone in the bridal party. They have also gone above and beyond to get the dresses to you looking gorgeous. And the prices can't be beat, especially with the incredible service. Over the years these girls have truly become family to me. Thanks so much Castaspella (and especially Julia) for always working your butts off to make wedding days so special.

I had a fantastic time working with them. They made the appointment times work for me, my friend and I had an absolute blast looking through dresses, and the shop is set up so nicely! Beautiful spot! The girls were so helpful but also gave us privacy to do our own thing. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be going back if I ever need a dress again:)

Thank you so much to Julia and the ladies at Castaspella Boutique in Grande Prairie, AB! From the moment I walked into their store I felt welcomed and comfortable. Julia helped me try on a selection of dresses and we found the perfect one! I absolutely LOVE my Maggie Sottero dress and felt like a princess on my wedding day! I had a great experience at Castaspella and would highly recommend them :)

Had a last minute Bridal appointment with Julia and had an absolute blast! She made me feel so good in all of the dresses that we decided to try on and I had so much fun doing it. I had another appointment 2 weeks later at a different boutique but I couldn't get that dress that I had found at Castaspella's out of my head.I had brought my mom and 2 sisters this time, so we stopped in and Julia was so accommodating and let me come in and show my family the dress that I knew I was going to say yes too! It was a perfect experience my sisters even ended up trying on bridesmaid dresses and we were all aloud to go and see what they would look like next to the wedding dress.Needless to say it was a 10/10 recommend experience and we all went home with dresses that day! Thank you Julia and staff I will definitely be sending my friends and family your way! :)

My daughters had a terrible and degrading experience while shopping at this boutique for their grad dresses earlier this week. No help was offered by the staff for fittings, styles or colours. Then were told to hurry up because they had more important people coming in to try dresses on. In addition, they were told that it was not a photo opportunity while they were sending pictures to our family for our opinion. Ladies at this boutique, those girls had money to buy those dresses! You have lost our business ! Three grad dresses will be bought elsewhere. Shame on you!

I bought my wedding dress here! Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. They helped me find a beautiful dress for my special day, and made the who dress shopping experience better then I could have ever hoped for!!! Thank you all so much

As soon as we showed up for our appointment we were questioned about why we’re not vaccinated and how us young ladies should’ve been the first in line to get it. I found that extremely inappropriate considering we were wearing our masks and following their guidelines, so our personal health information didn’t need to be a factor. It’s so unprofessional to push your own medical views on others. They didn’t offer any veils to try on and I didn’t get to take the “I said yes to the dress” photo. It may seem petty to some but when you’re the bride, it felt like I got ripped off the whole experience a bit. If I had planned my wedding with more than 2 months notice I would definitely have went else where.

Wow! Service was beyond top notch. I've dealt with them before for my daughter's graduation. So impressed with the service then that I had to go back for my wedding in August 2018....Julia was my consultant and she had dresses ready to try on before I even got there! That is called professional and excellent customer service. I had gone to the wedding show and was so not impressed with the service and enthusiasm that I received at the the few bridal stores that attended. You will never receive the service at any other bridal store in Grande Prairie than Castaspellas.I felt no pressure. I went back and forth on two wedding dresses and I ended up finding my dream wedding dress....so many great incentives buying from them. Now I'm going back for 4 bridesmaids dresses.Ladies honestly...if you are looking for bridal.... grad....or just a cocktail dress this is the only dress shop to go to!!!Thank you Julia!!!! Xoxo

My girls (daughters and daughter in laws) booked a surprise fitting. The staff were amazing. Julia hand picked and recommended the perfect style and I said yes to the dress. I’m not someone who usually enjoys fitting rooms and trying on clothes. But the staff were spectacular and provided such an incredible experience. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to wear my dress on my special day ❤️
