I went to the store noone was at cash point no greeting, I had to use machine to purchase. I waited more than five minutes for my ice cream order, ordered two vanilla cones in cups, and that was the portion. Like half of the cup. I mean seriously when McDonald's had kid's size vanilla cone but they didn't tell us? The ice cream with fudge I don't know if it melts or what it looks disgusting. I had ask the worker what's wrong with it he did not say a single word, give me back another one that looks ok. If you could do it properly why can't you do it at first?I mentioned they missed my apple pies, then he went to check my order, and grabbed apple pies. I think you need to check the order before serving the food to customers. While other two Indian girls were yelling when cooking the fries. I don't know what they were talking but I don't see the staffs dress professional like before.It was absolutely worst service ever after the reno of this store, customer service has dropped to 0. I live cross the street so this location has been my favorite ever, the staffs we know for years they were very friendly and professional, we talk all the time, meals are fresh and customer service was amazing. Tonight was the worst ever in my life. I do understand sometimes it gets busy but short staffs, If that's the reason please hire more staffs to help them then.

They forgot to prepare our drinks then asked us to pull ahead and wait for them. Had to finally go and talk to someone and remind them that we still needed our drinks.

My experience was was genuinely amazing! As soon as I finished ordering I was warmly welcomed my a manager named James. He was super kind and made my McDonalds experience the best.

Whoever taking orders on the drive-thru today June 3rd at 7:50-8am is just awful. First, I was not asked about my points and literally asked what I want to order... I gave her my number and proceeded to ask what I want condescendingly. I ordered but I can sense that this person had enough already for some reason. I then got my order but noticed that I didn't get my points at all when I got to my sister's place. They didn't provide me a receipt so I can't even complain about it. This is just awful customer service altogether.

So fart the best McDonald's in the city, the renovation looks modern and nice.The fries always are fresh.One of the thinks I don't like from McDonald's is the fact that they charge for the sauces $50 each that is expensive, it should be free.

This McDonald's has a decent parking lot with a fair amount of spots.The restaurant is clean and has comfortable seats and a variety of seating options. We sat next to the natural gas fire which did emit some heat.The kiosks were not working inside however the staff was fast and friendly.Our order was made correctly. The food was fresh and tasty..

dear Mr. R.McDonaldwhoever made my order should be locked up fr dude really thought he was making bars when he gave me a mcgriddle with nothing in the middle. instead of making bars he should be behind bars. i paid the price for a bacon mcgriddle but there was no egg, no bacon, nothing but disappointment. i got home, took a bite, and tasted only pancakes and confusion. naturally, i took another bite just to make sure i wasn’t tripping or nothing, then i was LIKE NAHH. glanced at the calendar real quick, it was not april 1st (it was in fact may 7th), looked back down at my sandwich, it was still empty. sandwich was emptier than my bank account after paying for this robbery of a meal. i sat sadly as i ate the two pancakes imagining what could’ve been. didn’t fill me up except for with sadness. at least bro was smart enough to not give me a receipt in the bag. he knew he was up to something devious when he decided to violate my rights to enjoy a bacon mcgriddle. gotta respect the fact that he at least knows to make his crimes untraceable and leaves no evidence. great felon, horrible mcdonald’s employee. on a positive note, hashbrown was fire and i contributed to the economy. anyways, back to negativity, look at this mcgriddle and cry with me. whoever did this, you’re mean >:(. the workers here need serious customer service training. they’re slow and very anti social, so much so that is comes off as rude. people like that should not be working at the tills or windows. order is usually wrong or missing items. staff rarely accommodates any requests. the drive through is the worst in terms of service and quality. something should be done about this, it may be a large corporation, but it comes down to customer service and customer satisfaction.

The two ladies who are up front every morning are simply amazing. I've never seen such good service. They are personable, nice, always talkative when you come in, and I don't think they miss saying Good Morning to anyone who comes in. Keep up the great work ladies, you make my morning coffee a great experience.
