Rochester Skydivers

This was my first time jumping. Tom the instructor for the tandem jump is amazing and totally had me at ease. Very laid back environment and everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Be prepared to wait awhile after your reservation time but honestly the time passed quickly. I will definitely be back and have become addicted to skydiving!

Came here to jump my first time with 2 of my siblings. We all LOVED it! It's a small place, which I loved and Sue is just wonderful! The staff and locals that jump there were all super friendly and great. There is a lot of waiting around, but that is to be expected. Our instructors, Tim and Jim were both knowledgeable and had some awesome stories. Made us feel very comfortable!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I loved my first ever skydiving experience with Rochester Skydivers! The whole process was very smooth and I felt like I was in the hands of a very experienced crew. Definitely go for it!!

Instructors and staff are very very friendly and help you in every step of the way.You can tell everyone who goes there is very enthusiastic about the sport, very much so that it made me and my friend wanna get licensed after our first jump. Not only that, the location is not only convenient but nice, half an hour drive from Rochester and 10 mins away from Letchworth (which you can see before you jump from the plane)!5 starts overall

Amazing experience! I never base my first experience somewhere off one or two bad reviews. So my advice is not to dig too deep and just do it! Everything was safe, everything was explained, and everything was absolutely fine!! I jumped with Thomas as my training instructor and he made it so much fun- he let me hold the parachute toggles once we were floating back down to earth. Pretty insane experience and I think I might just do it again. Cheers!

This place has been awesome in helping me learn to be a licensed skydiver. Colton, the guy who runs the place, is always doing his best to make sure everyone who shows up gets to jump no matter how many people there are. The tandem instructors are always so professional in making sure everyone who jumps feels confident and it more hyped up than nervous. Skydiving here has been an absolute blast and I will continue to show up every weekend they are open.

I started jumping at Rochester Skydivers back in September ‘21 when I decided to get my skydiving license. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed and the staff makes an incredible effort to continue sending planes up both on time and safely. All the regulars here are great people and are very enthusiastic about this sport. 10/10 dropzone, I highly recommend bringing a couple friends and checking it out!

Rochester Skydivers has a fantastic safety track record and all the instructors there are dedicated to providing a safe and fun experience to everyone that comes in their door. Working through the student process to get my A license has been incredible at Rochester Skydivers: they prioritize safety while still providing an excellent experience for everyone interested. They treat their neighbors with respect and bring an incredible service to the community. Having the opportunity to Skydive over Letchworth State Park and see it from high up in the sky is an indescribable experience that I feel everyone interested should have. I hope that many others will be able to have the same great experience there that I have.
