Truly disappointed with my experience at this popeyes location. The first time I ordered the chicken nuggets they were really good so I went back a second time a couple weeks later. Not sure if the management lost their mind but please look at the nuggets they gave me. I ordered chicken nuggets NOT BREAD BITES. The first time was pure chicken and I had no complaints about the breading. Not sure why they chose to be cheap and feed customers bread. This is unacceptable. Via the photo you can tell they cut the chicken into small pieces and slap on a pound of breading. The rest of the box in the image is all breading, I swear there was more bread than chicken. Truly disappointing and unacceptable. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

Those chicken legs make me laugh. Smallest chicken leg ever saw in Canada. I ordered Half white meat half dark meat but only gave me small chicken legs. Are you sure you gave me the chicken legs not chicken wings? Those chicken must be baby chicken. You can gave me eggs next time to save both of our time.

Maybe a one off? My spicy chicken was not fresh today. I got the Tuesday special. If I had the time and energy to go back to get new pieces I would had - just so I can ask the chef to smell the chicken - it was gross.The meat had a rancid taste. I thought the spiciness was off, then I thought maybe it’s old oil, but nope, it was the chicken. I was dipping it in a mix of spice and ketchup and it couldn’t even mask it. It was really gross and I had to throw it out.I enjoyed Popeyes many times in the past. This was the first time I had this grossness. The chicken was a negative 5*. The cashier lady was nice. So I’ll just leave it at 3* and hope these guys improve. It’s nice to have a location close-ish to home.It’s a franchise! I would assume it’s the same supplier supplying all the Popeyes?Your prices are not cheap, please use better quality chicken. Please have a manager or something do some quality control over your products.On the bright side, thanks to this, my brain doesn’t want fried chicken in general for the next little while.

Ordered 16 pcs meal, the menu is $52.99, yet the lady charged me $55.99 on the register, asked and replied their menu hadn't updated and no appology. Was told 15mins ready, came back still needed waiting 5 more minutes. Takeout home found only 15 pcs chiken in the box, why every time your human error is less not more?

Ordered online for 2 x 2 piece combos at 12:35. When I arrived the staff told me that they do not take orders past 12:30 so they substituted one of my 2 piece combos for some freshly made popcorn chicken. That's ok, things happen. I thanked them and left. When I got home this is the amount of popcorn chicken I got for a full $11 combo. Freshly made? Get out of here. Terrible experience. Love the brand but get your chicken goodness elsewhere if you like your money.

Got a Doordash order from here as Doordash doesn't allow you to choose location.Chicken is TINY as it gets, the poutine had completely unmelted cheese curds, everything was extra greasy, the biscuit was slightly burnt, they gave us Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero AND THEY FORGOT THE HOT HONEY SAUCE WE PAID EXTRA FOR.Do yourselves a favour, go to another Popeye's or just get food from the McDonald's next door

Every time I order here, I have to wait at least 15 minutes. Service is slow and aggravating. The food tasted better when this Popeyes first opened but now they seem to have decreased in freshness and efficiency. Never order the butterfly popcorn chicken before but this portion was sad. This is the service/food of a fast food restaurant, no expectations.

Beware: this store serve Half size portion as normal.Order 6 pieces of chicken and got 4 small drumsticks, which made the whole order easily fit in a box.The size of the mashed potato is a joke, check the photo. Cutting cost for potato???I am just too tired to go back and argue with them.

The tastes not very good, I ordered comber for two people which have 5 pieces chicken and I choose spicy flavor also ordered ghost pepper wings. The only thing I could say is the spicy chicken has no flavor, and taste disgusting, it smells like I am eat raw chicken. So for spicy chicken is 1/5 and for ghost pepper wing is 3/5. I don’t know why their chicken always tastes different, last time I order same thing, all food is very very salty and this time no flavor. That’s weird.
