I recently started receiving FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) with Scott to improve my sports performance, mobility & flexibility. He is an amazing stretch therapist. Extremely skilled, professional, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. I have seen a tremendous improvement and look forward to more sessions. Hello, my name is Will and I am 14 years old. I have been working with Scott since last October. I ruptured my ACL playing box lacrosse in June and had ACL reconstruction surgery in July. My goal when I started with Scott was to rebuild my quad so I could return to playing sports. I am happy to say that with Scott’s help, my quad has returned and I successfully returned to playing AAA hockey 6 months after my surgery. More than that, my overall total body strength and muscle mass has increased with Scott’s training. Our workouts are challenging and have evolved with my goals. Scott is an amazing and knowledgeable trainer and an awesome person. I look forward to my sessions with him and would recommend him for sports injury recovery and strength training.

Been working with Scott for almost 2 years. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work and dedication he has put into me as a client. I came in knowing nothing except that I wanted a healthier lifestyle. His knowledge, patience and attention to detail allowed me to change for the better. The biggest take away is that its not easy and its not quick, but Scott will help you work through that to achieve your goals and teach you on the way. I learned so much from his one on one approach and it would've never happened if I tried on my own.

My name is Paul and I am male 52 yrs old with chronic lower back pain. I work as a Key Account Manager. I have been working with Scott now for 8mths for facial stretching to help relive my lower back pain. Scott is always looking to help you achieve your goals and genuinely cares about your health. When you combine consistent accountability with specialized knowledge, you get outsized results.Scott has very particular knowledge on the most appropriate muscle & joint movements and since he never misses a day at work, consistently doing the right movements over the long-term has led me to seeing great results.He focuses not only on correct joint movement and progressive overload, but also makes you feel safe so you don’t injure yourself. He holds you accountable to proper nutrition habits and consistent sleep, because he understands overworking your muscles without providing your body with proper food and sleep is not going to guarantee long term growth.I’ve benefited tremendously from his personal training and I’m confident that when when I train on my own when out of town etc, I won’t injure myself and still be making the progress that I want.

When I started training with Scott in October of 2022, I had low expectations for myself. Im a 20-something mom of 3, and was struggling to show up for myself.I was looking for an outlet to help my mental health and get some brain clarity, and find who I was again.Scott has worked with me each step of the way, with encouragement and belief that I can do hard things. A little over 6 months later, and I don’t only feel better mentally, but physically as well! I am in my 60's and decided I needed to get motivated to start exercising again. I went to Scott and have been working with him for 3 months now. I find Scott is very professional and easy to talk to. He knows his stuff and is very patient and dedicated to helping one with their personal goals and any fitness restrictions. I wanted to build some strength, have more flexibility and increase my muscle tone. I was concerned about osteoporosis. My experience with Scott enabled me to keep moving my body in different ways, in a safe way, it wasn't always how much can you lift. If I ran into any restrictions then he had the answer with some exercises for increasing mobility issues and relieving any discomfort while doing a particular exercise. I also did the facial stretch and found that to be very helpful in my movements. Every Body is different and I think you'll find Scott able to work with any issue you may have or with any age group and your current abilities and or restrictions. My experience with Scott has been very rewarding, I feel more energized, fit and more flexible. I feel am better equipped to keep aging at bay with the techniques I have learned.

I first went to Scott in August of 2022, looking for someone who could help me with my workouts but who also had knowledge with the proper techniques as I had a shoulder injury which was very much hindering my progress. In just a few weeks, my shoulder began to heal at the same time as doing my workouts. He made sure during each workout that my shoulder was not hurting and that the proper form was used so that I could strengthen the muscle along with it healing. I again suffered a major setback in December right before Christmas with a freak accident injuring my left leg. For several weeks I was doing physio and massage, but once again Scott helped me out. This time with fascia stretching. In the past few weeks, he has done more help to my leg injury with fascia stretching, then physio did after weeks of work. I highly recommend Scott because not only is he a great trainer, but he is also knowledgeable in other body specifics as well, such as fascia stretching. I never knew anything about this before, but it is amazing how it helps the body. He can also support with nutrition and meal planning. Seriously, this guy knows his stuff!

My name is Desiré Aubé and I am 26 years old. I worked with Scott for 9 months doing personal training. Scott continued on with my programming for the next couple of months as I got used to completing all workouts at the gym by myself again. I first came to Scott looking for ways to improve my fitness and looking to push myself with new workouts.
