Terrible services and experience looking for a new doctor for a new born, staff was unconsidered and unpolite. They cancelled when I arrived to the clinic, my first appointment after 2 months waiting because the doctor was not in the clinic during my appointment. So we rescheduled and then in my second appointment I arrived before my time and they put me in waiting room, so my baby will not bother the other clients, then they forgot I was there and when I went to asked they told me the doctor could not take me because my baby was late. Really poor customer services, no consideration and they did harm my familly and myself.

I have been seeing Dr.Mu here as my family doctor for almost two years now and it’s been a great experience. I came from a different family doctor that I wasn’t happy with the care. I’m not sure if the bad reviews are just in reference to to the maternity clinic but I’ve never had issues with wait times or rude staff. The nurses have been wonderful and remember me when I visit. Dr. Mu never rushes me and my twin boys are now also under her care. I had originally been hesitant to go here with the negative reviews but my doctor came on a high reference from another doctor friend. I drive across the city to see her and have yet to be disappointed

I have been seeing my family doctor here for almost 2 years now and I have had absolutely no issues. The reception staff are very friendly and manage to always squeeze me in when I need an appointment for my daughter. When my family doctor isn't available the other doctors have seen me and they all have been lovely. There are times where I am waiting quite a while but the staff and doctors make it worth the wait. I highly recommend getting a doctor here if you can.

I'm going to have to agree with the other moms here. I had no other choice but to go this clinic as I was directed by my family doctor. Very rude doctors especially Shafina Premji, they are consistently late for ALL my appointments - last time was a record of 50 min waiting with absolutely no apologies or explanation. Rushed and as a mom to be cannot trust them at all - could sue them if we could but no go because it's all provincial and not private practice.

Long wait-times to see doc. No over the phone or faxed prescriptions to pharmacy. The social worker, Danielle, wasted so much of my time taking info and making me wait months to set up an appointment for my child for counselling. She just ditched the file to Access Mental Health who does not even offer counselling. AMH further wasted my time doing the screening all over again only to tell me now I have to do the same thing with so and so. That’s when I knew it was all a joke and quit.

Horrible reception - rude and careless. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 60 minutes before I had to be somewhere else and sat and waited for 45 mins. When I told the receptionist that I had to go as I had other places to be, she scolded me for not giving myself NINETY minutes for this appointment (keeping in mind I have yet to see a Dr. for more than 5 actual minutes of time) and then said that I was refusing service then". The staff are so impolite and the doctor Levin is never available. I a looking for another familly doctor. Biside it look like tbhe all clinic hate babies.

ATLEAST 30 minutes wait time past scheduled appointment. Rushed staff, obviously just in it for the money. Over booked and understaffed.

Receptionists are rude, they talked to me as I owned them something.I was there for my maternity patronage.The appointments are usually behind the schedule at least 30 minutes. But when you need to cancel YOUR appt less then 24 hours they charge you.2 stars just for doctors.

If I could give zero stars I would. Huge wait times even for scheduled appts. Clueless reception, RUDE nurses, rushed/overworked doctors. No patient care. Would NEVER return.
