Very condescending, rude and belittling agent. Kept assuming things about what I could and couldn’t purchase and kept giving me wrong information in terms of my own conditions. She doesn’t seem very knowledgeable about the process and repeatedly acted like I was dumb even when she wasn’t right about something. Do not waste your time with this agent, find someone else
