I've been to the local hospital more than I care to admit. Great care every time.Five stars - will visit again.

So a few month ago I was vacationing in Cranbrook, BC. On the last day of my vacation I woke up with the worst abdominal pain on my right side, so I went to the emergency in cranbrook where I rated my pain as 10/10. They made me wait for 3 hours in the waiting room in tears. I literally thought I was dying of pain. Long story short ive decided to leave and try to make it back home to calgary since I wasn’t getting any help. On my way to calgary (4 h drive), I felt even more pain so my boyfriend pulled over at the hospital at Crows Nest Pass just to see if they can help in any way. I walked in crying from pain and they admitted me so fast, the nurse (older lady, I didn’t get her name sadly) was super nice, making jokes with me so that I get distracted from pain. The doctors were amazing, gave me some morphine and did the tests very fast, arranged for me to have my CT scan in calgary, I was so scared and i just wanna say how grateful I am to be treated by a team from that hospital. I made it to calgary and ended up going into emergency surgery right away. Thank you so much to the doctors and nurses of Crows Nest pass hospital! ❤️❤️Valentina Kutiavina

A very rude and offensive woman called and when asked for her name, would not leave her name but was asking everyone what their names were. Even a grade 8 would know that proper protocol is to identify oneself when calling someone. Seems like it's all rude, coarse and unprofessional women find themselves hired. Villagers in third world countries have better etiquette. Keep it up AHS!
