Another example of poor management at Parkside. Manipulation of board members by sending out information late and backdated mail to give the appearance of timely information passed in to the owners

This company is horrendous to deal with. Unfortunately there’s no option for a zero star review, so a one star review will have to do.It took almost 2 years to get 3 fence posts and a piece of lattice replaced at the back of our property owned by a builder who for whatever reason employs this dreadful property management company. I really hope the builder considers switching property management companies to someone capable of actually managing their properties .Terry is a real piece of work to deal with…quite frankly if he worked for me he would have been replaced a long time ago.Who can still keep their job after so many complaints and ghosting of job obligations??? Terry can. Any other normal employer would have you replaced if you had multiple complaints and you were damaging their reputation by not providing professional quality service. My husband staring communicating with Terry regarding a back fence, which was leaning very heavily toward our pool. He told Terry this was requested to be fixed over a year ago. Terry replied with “I have a note here saying it was fixed”. My husband reassured him it hadn’t been fixed at all and provided pictures as proof. A few weeks went by and we noticed there were maintenance guys replacing posts right next door. We thought perfect, they’re working their way down the fence….ummmm nope, they fixed the neighbours and didn’t come back. A couple days later my husband emailed Terry again, asking why they didn't fix the fence attached to our backyard when they were already right next door…Ghosted…Terry didn’t reply. A couple weeks later my husband emailed AGAIN, this time he wasn’t very nice, and told him that the fence itself is a relatively cheap fix compared to them having to replace our pool if the fence fell into it.Well it finally got fixed in August…a total of almost 2 YEARS LATER for 3 fence posts and 1 piece of lattice!!!!! This was NOT a result of Terry actually doing his job….Nope, it was from the help of some very helpful neighbours who have been having their own separate issues with Terry. They had had enough and decided it was time to put some pressure on the big guy above him about multiple issues that weren’t being dealt with professionally, or in a timely manner, and boom a few weeks later the fence is fixed.Parkside Property Management, do yourself a favour…replace Terry and any other incompetent staff you have on board and start rebuilding your reputation, because these employees aren’t doing your business any favours.

A foot of snow on my driveway and no one showed up for 3 days.

Snow removal team has been plowing snow from the drive ways into the middle of the road. Emailed on Feb 3 with no response. Sending a repeat email.Last year, the same snow removal team was caught on camera stealing a package from my porch. I contacted parkside and someone came to my home to ask if it truly was a package as the employee caught on video told them he was just picking up the garbage" when he can be heard on the video asking his coworker if he should take this package and proceed to put it in the truck.Edit: Steve and Emma have reached out to me to assure that they will try their best to ensure this does not happen again. Hopefully things will change. Cautiously optimistic."

they refuse my phone calls and emails. neighbours waiting 4 years for work to be done. i have a broken furnace i cant replace without their approval and no response.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nothing ever gets done on time and Terry never follows up with issues.

Parkside Property has managed my condominium for 13 years and have been nothing short of excellent. If they had a concern with the quality of the landscaping service or snow removal it was communicated and addressed. If I had a concern with my unit, Terry not only addressed the issue quickly but was friendly and always followed up to make sure everything was resolved. If that wasn't enough, there has been more than one time when I felt Terry and Morgan went above and beyond to help me out; which says a lot about this company and their team.

We dealt with Parkside while living at a Rembrandt Home in North London. One thing is obvious that everyone from the Maintenance Supervisor to the back office support are extremely good at giving you attitude. Some people are outright offensive and talk as if they are doing you a favour. I also had a difficult time dealing with Enercare and requested Parkside to communicate in parallel with Enercare and help resolve the matter, to which I was told 'I do not work for Enercare'.Poor customer focus...I will avoid them as far as possible!

Working with Steve and Katharine at Parkside is an absolute pleasure. Steve is on top of the issues, he is the most organized, efficient person I know. Keep up the amazing work, we all appreciate it! Life has been made easier with Parkside helping us out.
